You need to submit a court doc granting you parental responsibility over the child; you can also legally adopt him. This along with evidence that you've been responsible for him will suffice. That will save you from making complicated explanations to UKVI.
If you don't have the above, you'll still need permission from your spouse and the child's other parent.

they changed from tier 4 to tier 2 before studies finished ooo… it is possible and has been done.. had to get letters from their schl to state the work doesmt affect one thin one thin. Na dem come write for living in the uk thread with their hand…

I want to confirm, can I add my baby as a dependent and then move him over to the UK after 1yr in a two year msc course? If yes, during visa application do I need extra pof for him even tho he's joining me later?

same drama...you collect the dollars from the bank… go back to the black market and chnge back to naira. U get more naira, then you buy pounds from the black market. Ultimately you wud get more naira to cover any losses and will get more pounds this way.

Thanks but given that school has resumed and as soon as visa is issued my cousin should be on her way. I don't think 14 days is doable na to go arrange black market be that.

I was notified by my school to explain the discrepancy in the date of birth in my WAEC and the one in my passport data page which are not the same or get a letter from WAEC office stating that the date of birth in my WAEC certificate is a mere error. Please someone who has had this experience should advise me on how to go about this issue.

You may want to get an affidavit from the court.

Good thanks for the clarification. My visa expires by January and I think May is not bad, she won’t really give up the masters now but will apply around April to be on a safer side.

it will take less than as long as all documents are in place and no bvn discrepancies. If they are wasting time send an email to the bank and cc cbn’s official email address. put ur phone no and the bank branch, you will be shocked how the matter will be resolved in less than 24 hours..

Guys I’m in a very sad and frustrated mood right now.i did my biometric on 15th dec 2021, got nsf for work reference on Jan 5 2022,replied same day cos I’ve only worked in one place and I’m still working there at the moment.i have sent plenty paid mails all they just say is awaiting decision,I have called countless times all they say is still the same thing they say in the mail response.i am so sad .everyone around me has collected their visa even people that just did.I’m I the only one experiencing this .i have cried tire.I’ve had so many thoughts go through my head.have they dumped my file somewhere or have they misplaced my files .i have tracked tire it’s still on DMC. I had similar experience. But I already got a letter from waec claiming they made mistake befor I applied. So and get a letter from waec. I was referred to a woman by my agent she works in waec office ogba side and I paid on ridiculous amount. About 25k or so. It’s better you visit their office in person.
