I have taught at Moslem institutions and can confirm. The least that they would allow is a scarf over the head.

It is school policy and must be observed. Why then would they force others to follow their rules but always refuse to follow the rules of others?

Can you accept native dress in your school? Perhaps you'll say it's not part of the school uniform. Hijab is not part of the school uniform.
To solve the problem created by arab dress, it's very simple.

I think every school have rules and there school uniform, if you can’t obey with the rule then go to another school, is there any problem with that...

Just because it bears Baptist doesn't make it an absolute christian school, moreover the school is not a private entity, it's a government school.

It's not about religion. Hijab, to me is not religious. It's arab style of dressing. It's not in conformity with the school uniform. Just like any school, even baptist school, will not tolerate jewish dressing in their school.
To understand this, you need to be open minded.
Meanwhile, muslim's attacking a school because of hijab controversy says a lot about the religion.
