What exactly is a man offering? And please don’t say taking care of the family financially because we have had single mothers of 5 children and they took care of them single-handedly through primary, secondary and university degree and we still have single mothers doing so since the fathers were irresponsible.

Don’t mention innovations because we have had a lot of women inventors in the past and we still do:
Ada Lovelace was the first human to Create the World’s First Algorithm.
Thabitha Babbit was the first human to Create a Circular Saw.
Josephine Crochan was the woman who invented the Dishwasher
Maria Beasley was a Serial Inventor, part of her inventions was a Life Raft which was later used in the Titanic movie.
Anna Connely invented the first Fire Escape.
This same Windshield wiper that we use today in our cars was invented by a woman Mary Anderson in 1903.
The one-handed medical syringe that medical practitioners use today was invented by a woman

And lots more but then again you can do your research. You can also go to Universities worldwide and see women topping their classes and also their professions in the midst of men.
