What did I make her loose please?

The items were not waybilled, the items are still with her.

I agree I fvcked up as I am yet to buy and I wasted her time and also stressed her out, but that was never my intention. If u read through everything I posted u would see my intention towards how it all went down.

This is very different from ur case

I know I am being pedantic here, but the correct word is "shipped" not "waybilled". [s]There is ko such word as "waybilled".[/s] A Waybill is a list of passengers or goods being carried on a vehicle.

So I've been corrected that waybilled is actually a valid word. I acknowledge this and stand corrected

Oga.

You are at Fault, these explanation does not show credibility on your part.

Simple courtesy of business will require that you pay for her inconvenience (Transport fare and Time).

Hello,

Created this thread to share my side of the story regarding this thread:

https://www.nairaland.com/6968649/customer-blocked-me-after-making

On Wednesday last week, I contacted Xcelinteriors cos I wanted to buy wallpaper and carpet. We agreed on N90k as the amount for the items (excluding waybill). I had every intention of paying for these items as I requested for her to drop her acc number for me to make payment more than once (u can see that from our chats) but she suggested she would first go to the park to confirm how the waybill would cost so I send everything including the money for waybill at once.

She told me she would leave her office to the park when she closes for the day and when she gets there I would talk with the park ppl to negotiate for the waybill and send the full money including the waybill to her.

After our last conversation, something came up on my end so with remorse, chatted her up to let her know she should not bother going to the park anymore as I won't be able to pay for the items any more.

I 100% had no idea she had already gone to the park (according to her) cos we talked on video around few minutes to 3pm.

Around 4:41pm, I messaged her that she should not bother going to the park again and something came up on my end so I won't be able to pay for the items again (as at when I sent this message, she did not tell me she had closed for the day already and was going to the park to waybill the items).

Imagine the Audacity this idiot is having after making someone wasted money by cutting stuff and other things. Some people are so heartless. He is even arguing to be very right.

Could you in Simple Sentence explain why you blocked her?

The least you can do is reimburse her for the expenses she incurred in processing your order!

What of the linoleum she had already cut?
Have a heart man, assuming you are even right about not knowing she was already on her way to the park.
I bet the amount she spent on transport alone fro won't be less than 2k,knowing what transport costs are now in Lagos.
If you ever tried running a business you would know 2k expense can mean a lot.If she has 5 of such bad deals alone in a month, that's 10k.
For a honest, sole entrepreur recovering 10k in this Buhari devastated economic climate can be pretty daunting.

See, you weren't wrong in anyway. Move on with your life and don't let anyone blackmail you emotionally or manipulate you. If you were the one in her shoe, they will still support her. Simpsons and stupid people everywhere.

I am 55% certain she had not gone to the park yet as at when I told her something came up. We talked on video till after 3pm and as at then she was at the market.
She told me it's when she closes for the day that she would go to the park. If she had intentions of going to the park at that moment, she would have just told me while we were on video call that she would be on her way to the park any moment now.

According to her, she spent over 2 hours in traffic but the time between when we talked on video and the time I told her I was no longer interested was just over 1 hour
She has a fault here. She should have communicated with you on the bolded text if your story is true

You guys asking people to get goods to you because you can't let go of a dim are taking sellers for granted. I hope one day a system will be in place to protect cash of sellers ontill deal is done.

Supposing you paid upfront for the items, nothing would have come up. You simply changed your mind midway because you have nothing to lose.

You didn't make any call or extra move to halt the transaction. The seller felt pained because she had cut an expensive part of the goods to your taste and at the moment will be impossible to sell.

Very simple matter. You should have simply offered to reimburse her tfare to and fro, and added a little something ontop to at least to compensate for her stress.

You're very heartless, if you're remorseful you'll reimburse her for everything you made her loose, that's how one cow told me travel to the next city just because he wants to patronize me only for him to text me few minutes ago that something came up and he's going to abuja, he did so without remorse, now I've wasted transport fair to and fro, people like you shouldn't be taken seriously, ever.

As long as he messaged her on time , she has no right to disturb him... he cancelled b4 she sent it
