For the yam,I just peeled,added salt and fried till crispy
The eggs, I used grounded pepper, little seasoning and spring onions, the I fried. That is all

I go chop am well well.

Na all this kind yam we dey use pound and prepare better egusi or ishapa soup that year when my old man used to host his town club members when we were growing up. The babas will down the food with better Guilder, Big stout or star lager ( depending on each person's preference)

Nobody get time to dey look whether the yam look like giraffe or human hand grin

Make it the same way you make your jollof. Replace tomatoes with pepper mix, not too much, so it doesn’t overwhelm the rice. Sauté onions and iru before introducing the pepper mix, crayfish, salt and seasoning. Add stock if any, then rice. Put your mackerel last, make e no scatter.
