Porn and masturbation are the illusion of real sex. The brain can't tell the difference between real and imagined. It makes you lose your discipline. It's harder for you to give up short-term pleasure in favor of long-term pleasure, you need to recharge periodically.

Because of the low sensitivity of dopamine, cortisol, the stress hormone, and leptin, the satiety hormone, begin to suffer. You're constantly under stress and trying to eat it up.

To all of the above, you lose sensitivity on a physical level and you get less pleasure in real sex. Likewise, porn fosters a co-cult mindset, where you're watching some man Bleep an attractive woman. When you have real sex with a girl, you'll start having fantasies about your woman being bleeped by another man. You won't like it, to say the least.

Masturbation is the bane of your productivity. And no, there's no prostate problem. The body adjusts to any condition. Stop jerking off and you'll feel like you don't want sex so much.
