Crime is Crime and it is a function of "opportunity meets demand".
If Govt wants to stamp out this violent crime, arising from an insatiable lust for quick money (and dont tell me it only happens in the SW, we still remember Okotooko, in Alaigbo), it is very easy: TARGET THE HERBALISTS, THE SHERMANS, THE ALFAS AND THOSE WHO CLAIM TO BE ABLE TO WORK THIS HEADS AND BODY PARTS INTO MONEY.

SET UP A STING OPERATION THAT WILL ENSNARE THEN AND PUT THEM AWAY FOR GOOD.
If there is no demand for Human head from all these Herbalists, there will be no supply of the body parts.
But because a lot of our high level Politicians, the NASS members, governors past and present, aspiring Politicians are the ones who need these Herbalist, they have turned then into UNTOUCHABLES.

It is no secret, when you see an almost dead Politician suddenly receive the Vigour of a Youth, that they have done Human sacrifice.
Look around us, from Aso Rock, to Lagos, to Minna, to Kaduna, etc, the 80yrs Old Men and Politicians are looking younger than our 35yr old young Men but a few time back, you'd think they were about to die and wont last the year out!

This issue is becoming an embarrassment to Nigeria as a whole and a chronic problem needs a chronic solution, treat the HERBALIST as KIDNAPPERS< death sentence to them and anyone caught with Human Parts.
And such Justice should not take the whole Year or decades like Evans the Kidnapper!
For all we know, the Killer(s) could be some Nyamirrin IPOB boys trying to make it fast in the SW so they can drive G-Wagon to their Erosion land in December, to claim they have made it. tongue tongue
