We need people educated in non-technical fields like philosophy, history, political science, literature, Economics and Law in the elite institutions in the world like Brown University, Princeton, Harvard, University of Oxford, University of Cambridge etc. We need to look for a way to start training its future statesman and women. We have way too many technical graduates going abroad and not too many from the Arts and Sciences.

Cos there are not much jobs for foreigners in those fields as they are mostly taken by the natives. STEM on the other hand has a limited number of natives.
