I went to the nearby station to lodge a complain but I was told the man had come earlier, and told the police has giving me quit notice that he wants to renovate his house.

It's really a hard time for me and my siblings, getting a quick accomodation. He never informed us of renovating the apartment, I just lost my job last week and this is happening to me again.

My life is in a mess right now as I don't know where to start from, this is just a challenge for me and I will stay stronger and fight this battle till the end, probably God is preparing me for a better place ahead....

I've dealt with a wicked landlord legally before in a similar situation and the man was brought to his knees, I didn't spend up to 10k sef.

There is no due process about removing a roof. The landlord should have gone the way of the courts to get a judgment. Everything after the expiration of a quit notice is by the action of the courts and the bailiffs who will enforce any judgments.

The landlord has entered gbese if the tenant knows what to do.

Please look for a place, church or Mosque to stay for now. Do not go and start and case with your Landlord. Allow God to fight for you. I can understand what you are passing through but remain strong.

very funny advice, do you think tarpaulin stands a chance with a landlord that removed aluminum sheets,most times diplomacy can solve some issues,if you talked with the landlord he could have given you more time to look for alternate accomodations,I am a landlord with numerous tenants and stores,the game always favours the landlord anyway you put it and he will be one step ahead of you,it is not a smart idea to be enemies with your landlord,God will make a way for you.
