My life is in a mess right now as I don't know where to start from, this is just a challenge for me and I will stay stronger and fight this battle till the end, probably God is preparing me for a better place ahead....

One landlord tried that shit with me in the past....I ended up staying for a year and half in his apartment for free, plus him begging people close to me to appeal to me.

It's the same thing you said that I said. No difference. This person got a quit notice before now but he wants extra 3 months after the notification of 3 months. As long as the landlord notified him 3 months ahead, that his rent was not renewable, the landlord had followed due process but he wants to stress the man.

He said his rent has not expired. Rental agreement is a contract. The landlord cannot just pull out without consequences.

The quit notice he gave you, have your rent expired? If your rent hasn't expired then you should get a lawyer and sue him. You guys should go to court.

I say again, if you rent hasn't expired and he came to remove the roof, go and get a lawyer and sue him to court. He will know what's up when the court deal with him.

You ought to ensure you are in good terms with your Landlord. Can we hear his own side of the story?

But now, if you have money, it's to look for another place. The thing is, people are wicked. Don't be shocked that he envies you because he sees you as more successful than himself and this is one of his tricks to bring you down. Please, look for SaharaReporters news page and contact them. Eyah.. it's likely he wants to eject the old tenants and increase the rent for new tenants. That's the trend everywhere now, some have jacked up rent with up to 50-60 percent increase and the landlords don't seem to care.
