The best way to confuse end-users is to collect the details of the business from him and look for client that we buy the business. once the deal is done then you offer your domain to the new owner of the business to buy. I hope I answer your question?

1. Call them on phone as they don't reply emails on time. Be sure you've checked your spam folder too before this.

This looks funny though.If A domain is good I would rather register it than give it out, just the simple truth .

All you need do is study to know what makes a domain good enough to be considered.
Watch Videos on YouTube.

Read about DA ,PA. search volume .
Spam volume. To mentioned but a few .
Just know about metrics of a good Domain

Eg .look at past names that sold and ask yourself why those name sold .by checking the metrics of such names .Doing this will guide you in picking a good name .
We are all here to make money .so don't think anyone will give you a name to register if such name is good .

If it's a one man business, I'd go for the singular first.
Then after it's sold, I'll pitch the plural version to the same buyer at a discounted price. if there's no interest; I'll gladly move on, I don already make profit.

However, If it's a big company with stores "hear and dear", I'd register both the singular and plural if available, It'll work for them.

But then, it depends on the enduser sha, one might be lucky to sell a plural version to somebody who only has one store. Or a singular version to big corporation with many stores or something.
