Where did you get your history from? Palestinians and Israelis are all one people and shared the land together. They are all Canaanite tribes and Palestinians and others were the originally Canaanite tribes that owned the land before Israel used military might to try to expand. And what does the law say if one occupies a place for that long? We're talking about 2000 years here.

If it's that way, many ethnicities will go back to start reclaiming lands that were claimed from their ancestors from far back 5000 to few centuries ago - you'll find out most people only came to occupy their territory few hundreds or thousands of years through war
