I guess you have low level of comprehensible ability. The dumbass governor hails from Omuma. If he locates Imo State Polytechnic in his village, it raises the question of "Conflict of Interest". Otula!!!

You reshaped your comment. It becomes understable. Good.

The man you call dumbass governor is lavishing the federal allocations to IMSG and its 27 LGAs rebuilding your Owerri home area to his taste, while floods drown humans and buildings in my Orlu urban LGA with many dilapidated roads. You call me a fool for voicing out the abnormality in governance.

You don't know the meaning of the term: "Conflict of Interest."

The man you call dumbass governor did not say that the Polytechnic he located in his hometown is his private property. If he says so, Conflict of Interest comes in.
His hometown, Omuma, is a part of Imo state; therefore, can host any government development project.

Conflict of Interest applies to former governor Rochas Okorocha's attempt to partly own the university built by IMSG in his hometown.

Drone scenes of some nice areas of Owerri! I reckon the full potential of the Nworie river and its embankments are yet to be tapped and realised.

Everything this man said of imo state is true ... Y are you attacking him
Amah70:
One must be a fool to be proud of Imo state unless one is from Owerri side.
Confidence politicians that took the state since 2007 made Owerri state capital to become Imo state. Nothing goes on again in Imo state outside Owerri area. Worse, since the last two years, man-made violence has taken the lives of precious young people, and crippled economic activities in large part of Imo West Senatorial area.
But on a daily basis, nitwits scream Owerri, Owerri, Owerri here, and expect enlightened folks to clap for them and Owerri on a thread that should be about Imo state.

Check for your village roads.
This is the first barge of rural road constructions.

Our people can do better, the commissioner of works complained that the contractor handling okwudor Awomama road abandoned after completing 3km of it due to incessant attacks, now IMSG is looking for another contractor to continue the job.

Prehaps some of you don't know but in the middle of Manhattan New York is Central Park
They took be very heart of the most busy and economically important city in the world to dedicated it to trees. Why?

1. Trees filter air pollution from vehicles, dust, smoke etc
2. Tree create oxygen so that the air you're breathing is as fresh as possible.
3. Trees cause people to slow down and behave better.: https://www.radarsign.com/street-trees-promote-traffic-calming/
4. People drive less dangerously when they're surrounded by trees
5. I makes like more worthwhile for people. They can go there to exercise, listen to music, eat, take pictures, relax, spend time with family and friends
6. The more trees a city has the lower the crime rate. This is a proven fact that has been measured scientifically: https://www.smartcitiesdive.com/ex/sustainablecitiescollective/new-evidence-city-trees-reduce-crime/42781/
7. Trees are what make a city beautiful

You are one of the reasons Nigeria is called basket of fools. A dumbass jackass such as heads a government ministry and appoint either his wife, daughter, son or his brother, the issue of conflict of interest is established. The government ministry where the dumbass jackass is the top guy is not his private property. Otula, you do not need to convert anything into a private property to raise the issue of conflict of interest. This is one reason you do not have job. The case of Rochas Okorocha is fraud. The conversion of public property into personal interest or ownership is a major aspect of corruption. if this allegation is remotely true, Rochas Okorocha should not be a senator but a prisoner by now.

What crime did Ikeduru LGA commit? Other LGAs have, at least, three roads to be constructed or under construction while Ikeduru has only two.

For the umpteenth time:
You don't know what Conflict of Interest means.

See the definition of Conflict of interest:

"a situation in which a person is in a position to derive personal benefit from actions or decisions made in their official capacity."

FYI, it's not the amount of insulting you made that wins you an argument. Your insulting means nothing to me because I know your level.

What you have in mind for "village" is a rural place not attractive for modern or rich persons to live in permanently.
FYI: lots of settlements in Paris, London and other traditional cities in the developed countries are officially called village. The rich and modern also live permanently in those villages.
In your mindset, except Owerri, every place in Imo state is the type of village you had in mind, and should remain like that. I am not from that type of village you had in mind. I am from Orlu.

But u made us believe that Orlu is the worst place to live in, that all past and present governors have neglected ur people. Now u are again saying ur place is not too bad to be described as a village, indirectly saying governance is felt by ur people. Hope u are OK sha?

Is that all you understood from there?

By 1976 when Imo state was created, there were hardly any huge differences in the levels of urban development between Owerri and Orlu.
Bad governance and primitive greed of an Imo group arrested development in Orlu.

Two governors from Orlu senatorial district reduced Orlu to rural area status.
