Hi buchito..

With faith, I am booking my PPR alert space

Fresh page, Fresh testimonies. Amen

What God cannot do does not and can never exist!!!

My PPR must drop before the end of next month! ✍️

AFTER 2DAYS of posting this grin grin grin grin

LONGGGGGG POST ALERT!!!

Guys I really do not know where to start from!
I'm short of words. God's just too good to fail.
I'm still in shock cause I can't really fathom why my application was this quick or why I was just favoured, but I give God all the glory! For he alone is to be praised!

I've been following this thread for about 4yrs now. Just observing with no plans to submit my application. Was just here for the information basically, and to read people's process (which I enjoyed doing) didn't even know I'd eventually apply.

Time came for me to apply, I was scared to the Bone! I was scared to doing it myself! My sponsor (brother) literally begged me to look for an Agent to handle my application, I was skeptical at first, but I succumbed cause I didn't want any issue or stories that touch.

I contacted an agent on this platform, he charged me 150K for admission and 250K for Visa. My sponsor agreed to pay for the first stage (admission). Las las I eventually paid 190K for only admission!!! Only school admission ohhh!!!

Then it was time for Visa Application, and I was told Visa Fee has increased to 300K. And I was like hell No!!! I no go school? Am I daft? No! I can do this shi# myself. 300K no be 300 naira.

That's how it began, took a leap of faith and decided to do and handle my Visa Process myself, and God blessed me with the GOLDEN Mail (PPR)! Guys please do this stuff yourself!
You can do it! Yes YOU! You can!
There's nobody else that cares about your application than you! You don't need any agents NAIRALAND is the real deal! NAIRALAND taught me everything I know and used to get my Approval.

I'm a FIRST TIME APPLICANT, my timeline goes thus, I used the NEW PORTAL,

Upfront Medicals - 22nd November 2021
Application Submitted - 29th November 2021
Biometrics Completed - 3rd December 2021 (updated same day)
Upfront Medicals Updated - 6th December 2021
Then the wait........................^_^
Eligibility Review Started - 25th January 2022
Then a good man, a blessing, friend turned brother, a brother from another mother, Teemenzo (God bless you for me brother, he has always been with me from the beginning of my application) adviced me to send a mail to Abuja which I did, I eventually, reluctantly sent to everybody (London, Nairobi, Lagos, Abuja) yesterday, 26th of January just to disturb then. Lo and behold, today,

Good evening nairalanders grin

I have a cousin who recently finished her secondary education as an art student.
Her father wants to help her apply for a study permit.
But they're stuck at the point of picking a course for her.
Can anyone please suggest a very good choice of study as an art student, because it seems art and humanities students don't really dominate the job market cheesy .
I am very open to suggestions.

Thank you so much for your response boss i appreciate

makano:
Hello Itsray

If you read to understand your LOA, you will see different deadlines to the payment of specific fees, once the fees are not paid before such deadlines, then your admission will be forfeited, and you know what that means..

But majorly LOA is invalid to IRCC if its past your resumption date.. For instance you are to resume May 7th and you applied for your Visa application Feb 6 and you haven't gotten a response from IRCC even after May 7th, the LOA you submitted with your application is no more valid, so IRCC will ask for an updated LOA of a later date before they can continue with your application..

So once your submitted LOA isn't valid again, wisdom demands you submit the updated LOA to IRCC via Webform/ emails to avoid further delays on your application..

Peace

Please I want to ask how to arrange my quarantine plan ahead of travelling to Canada?

Also, how do I secure an accommodation around my school. I’ll be going to the University of Saskatchewan for May semester intake.

Where did you read it? Anon123 answered your question. The form isn't you submitting another trv application, it's a necessary form for the current trv (student permit) application you want to submit.

Yes, you will submit all, although you don't have to make a separate application.

Study permit application is for obtaining study permit when you get to the port of entry.

TRV is for visa (stamped on passport), which will allow you enter Canada.

For example, after your TRV and study permit expire, you have to renew your study permit to continue staying in Canada and studying. But you can decide not to renew your TRV, once you don't leave Canada.

I hope this helps.

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by technix: 2:54am On Feb 27, 2022
The rules change from time to time. Read this (https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/news/2022/02/government-of-canada-lightens-border-measures-as-part-of-transition-of-the-pandemic-response.html ).

As for accommodation, try to connect with Nigerian students in your school (linkedin can help). You can also check kijiji Saskatchewan and facebook groups.

At worst, you can book a room with Airbnb for a few days to allow you search for accommodation when you arrive.

I understand the feeling. It will end in praise.
The best is to wait and keep praying. If there is a need to withdraw one of the applications, IRCC should advise you.

Thank you.

I’ve checked the link, and as a fully vaccinated travelled, I won’t have to quarantine.

But the issue is in registering for ArriveCAN I will still have to fill in a quarantine plan. Any suggestions on what to do?
