Pictures have started to emerge as Russian and Ukrainian officials meet to discuss the conflict at the Ukraine-Belarus border.

Ahead of the meeting, Ukraine's president said his country wanted an immediate ceasefire and the withdrawal of Russian troops. Meanwhile, Russia says it wants to reach an agreement that benefits both sides

Nice development, hope it yields something fruitful.
Belarus just had a referendum that enables them get back the nukes they willingly gave to Russia after the dissolution of the USSR. Belarus is becoming a nuclear state again.

You need to sanction China but unfortunately the America billionaires have outsourced their jobs to china. So it won't work.

They made it clear from the beginning that they have not come to occupy Ukraine, but to change its government.

As it is, they have encircled Kyiv, and about two or three other large cities.

We don't know because the West have blockaded Russian news with the excuse that it is propaganda.

Perhaps, Putin underrated the Ukrainians, but it happens.

The United States underrated the Somali militiamen during the Battle of Mogadishu and lost 19 American soldiers within 24 hours. Perhaps more soldiers died because they really got their asses whooped in that 1993 battle they had to run back to base with their tails between their legs.

I will like to see the United States fight a developed country, though.

Ukraine should be mindful of those willing to pitch her with her next door big brother for their selfish reasons.
Russia too come down from her high horses and negotiate with Ukraine instead of bullying.

Russia will never be comfortable being encircled by NATO, this does not in anyway justify the invasion of a sovereign nation.

Yes there is “a separate interest”.

We are disgusted that such impunity should be allowed to happen in this age. So many have been displaced. Homes have been destroyed, families destroyed and children have been killed. If we allow this to pass, then one day Republic of Benin (that is Cotonou) can send forces to overrun Nigeria.
