Yes I have always seen the number 19,4 in no particular order especially when I check the time it's always 19 minutes after sth My mum passed away on 19 of 4th month |

11 symbolizes Relationship, marriage, companionship and balance. 8 symbolizes a new begining. I.e an end of something and a begining of something new. 4 symbolizes Labour or struggle.
