Tell me about the process pls..say something cheesy
Mariangeles the cook.. cheesy
Well, the actual making of the soup is quite easy, but it’s the preparation of the ingredients part that takes time.
There’s a whole mountain of leafy vegetables that you’d have to wash thoroughly, then cut up quite finely.
It’s worth the effort at the end sha.

NOTE: I see people say the pumpkin should be double of the waterleaf, but after extensive practice, I have realized they should be at par. At worst, waterleaf and pumpkin in ratio 2:3

A very short story…. grin
I should ask what eatery makes egusi soup that way?? I want to eat some

Groundnut soup…
Groundnut soup for me anyday. It was my favourite soup growing up. I don't know why most restaurants in Lagos don't cook and sell it. Is it that most don't know how to cook it?

They probably do not know how to cook it and even if they do, how many people would walk into a restaurant and ask for groundnut soup? It is not worth the effort. E no go sell finish.

grin I caught you grin My instincts were right, you are predictable. If you really didnt care about people's opinions, i'm sure you'd have ignored. I think that is one flaw you need to work on. Cheers kiss

Probably getting groundnut to cook for a large amount of persons is expensive.

I hate to say you are not very okay.

You say there is a grammatical error and I asked you point it out so I can edit for viewers readability. Then you go off tangent, talking about predictability and flaw. Something is wrong with you. That is what should be worked on.
