Even wen d spotting ve stopped, go do scan to b sure d placenta have move to a safe place.... No lifting of heavy things or doing hard work, just sleep n rest n u will b fine eventually.

I do feel like throwing up after eating beans and never chop beans since I stopped it in my first trimester, ll rather do moimoi instead of beans but have been craving for beans and fried yam since early this month ooo, dunno how to satisfy this craving like this because fear dey catch me gidigan
