Hi,

I understand the confusion our online inventors created. A single letter that addresses what you need to tell the VO is enough. Just add the necessary items you would have in a normal letter, like salutation, etc.

By the way, the official website calls it LOE, whether it's a first-time application or 100th.

Filanodivine:
Another thing is the SOP and LOE I hear, im a first time applicant.. im writing SOP already..is it just enough?? Or do i need LOE too?? Omo too much questions.. make una bear with me

The physician will send the result directly to IRCC. You can also upload the sheet via webform.

Ideally, IRCC should send a new medical request.

Nikky6:
Hey Guys !
So in my letter of introduction my medical validity will expire before traveling,
If I do another medicals do I need to upload through webform to be updated on the portal , and if uploaded on the portal , will I be issued another letter of introduction or I should just take the medical slip and show at POE ?

For sponsorship it is always adviseable you use your nuclear family that is ur parents or siblings. Now in a case of using ur inlaw then the person must show commitment to affirm he will sponsor you truely. He can actually do any of the following things
1. Either pay ur 1st year tuition to your institution in Canada or
2. Send your living expenses of 10k cad or 11k cad for one year depending on the province cos if it is quebec you will be staying then it is 11k cad to your account and you indicate the transaction in your sop with bank transfer details attached.
Aside these ur inlaw must also show more than the amount of ur studies money in his account becos the visa officer will want to be sure that he wont run bankrupt after sending you to school that is he shud have enough money to also proof he or she can carter for their family needs.
Also you need to add a sponsorship letter from that your inlaw.
Another thing too is it will be nice if you can show proof of help he has done for you financially in the past like payment of fees before or things like that.
Finally on that note i will advise you stick to only one sponsor and probably ur self becos having too many sponsors might show a sign of financial weakness to the VO and make the chances slimer for the visa to be approved.
N.B SOP is the one you need but the LOE is needed for explaining VOs concerns and how u have tackled then when an initial application was denied. So you dont need two SOP. Just my perspective

Thank you

I understand this, the reason I’m using the in-laws account is because of the physical available cash to show but my family is the one sponsoring me actually. Including the properties we have and source of income too but the SOA im providing is my in-laws own as the main sponsor.. don’t know if this will actually make sense to them.

Hi,
You can send your passport to vfs London for stamping, you just pay transfer fee can't recall how much. it's pretty straightforward. It's not right to remain in UK and send your passport to Nigeria. You can chat vfs London up they will tell u how much to pay.

Canadaboyk:
It’s ppr guys! I don’t know if anyone remember me when I came ranting in pain sometime last year October..but please let’s never give up. I was denied on the 29th of October 2021 based on financial and personal asset which I clearly stated here that it doesn’t make any sense based on the substantial evidence I submitted to prove ownership of every tangible assets I own which is also in my name ranging from houses to lands, more than 18 mill in the account that has been there for two years, first term school fees paid etc. after the refusal I applied for my gcms note but put in a new application before it came out and noticed I was misinterpreted as I clearly stated I was the sole sponsor but when I saw what was written on my application I was totally disappointed because it was an error on their side stating my parents were sponsoring which I never made mention of…. I reapplied immediately on the 30th of October with a new Loe, used the court stamp on every documents submitted earlier, added more assets to the application and even cars lol.

Timeline
First student visa application July 19th 2021
Denial 29th of October 2021
Reapplied 30th of October 2021
Medical passed 17th of February 2022
Correspondence and ppr letter 2nd of March 2022

My problem now is I applied for the uk visa November which I got in December and committed 7k pounds to get the admission, CAS and what have you. I’m currently in the uk, classes began last week.. can I send my passport to vsf in London or I have to waybill it back to Nigeria to get it stamped. And if London is possible, how can I go about it getting the passport stamped? Thank you for your guidance.

I began my immigration process initially in June 2021 and to ensure things went to plan, I sourced out the packaging of my profile to an agent who had assured me that he was knowledgeable and experienced in the Canadian immigration process so I could rest easy. After a tedious process and a shabby profile package this guy put together for me, my application was refused by the Canadian Embassy on the 23rd of September, 2021 on grounds of purpose of visit, limited employment prospects and not truthfully answering questions asked of me. That was my first refusal and I became very much distraught.

In my quest for a re-application, I got wind of @Frankrobbn1 services, the MD/CEO of fandrglobal.com, through numerous testimonies. Due to my previous encounter with agents I was initially skeptical about him but once I contracted his services, my story changed for the better. He was the angel sent to me by God to turn my story around from sorrow to joy.

Truly, Mr. Frank is one agent who I can assure you is worth his salt. Once I contracted his services, he calmed me down and asked me to place my confidence in his expertise while promising me that he would strategically tackle the grounds for refusal claimed by the IRCC. I initially had a huge fear about my program being flagged as I was applying for a PGD program while holding two Master's degree in MBA and International Law & Diplomacy from OAU and UNILAG respectively but Mr. Frank assured me while my profile presented certain peculiarities, he would be able to sell the necessity of my program and I should trust his services which I did and lo and behold! I now proudly celebrate my approval.

@Frankrobbn1 the good Lord will continue to bless you for me. You are truly one of the few out there who truly are knowledgeable in their craft. I bless the day I came across your services. For those reading this and questioning if they should contract @Frankrobbn1's services, I don't know what your previous experiences are but one thing I can assure you is that it would be the best decision you will make in your canadian immigration journey. I do not regret any money I spent in procuring his expert services as it proved to be worth every penny and more I spent.

Thank you all for the correspondence and assistance being given on this platform for aspiring immigrants. I wish everyone expecting updates positive responses. Keep at it, it will end in praise for everyone.

Congratulations. My testimony is near ijn.

Does your courses required Portfolio assessment? In all sha I think NSCC admission nah long tinz, in my own cases I submitted my application around July 2021, after zoom interview with the faculty lecturer and everything, I was even told that have passed the admission requirement, still took them 5months before they send my Acceptance letter but before then another college as given me admission have even submitted my study permit application. I would advice you to apply to another college while you wait for NSCC decision.
No it doesn't require portfolio assessment...applied to other schools already

This information about NSCC is untrue. My friend tuition deposit was refunded when his study permit application got refused. You will only lose the deposit if you didn’t request for it after the deadline for withdrawal.

Well, I don't know how your friend got lucky about that. My facts are based on information I got from their website and I mailed the international office as well and got same response. Check the attached picture.

So, I'll rather stick to this information than thinking of trying to get lucky.

Hi guys. I am applying for a PGd program at Niagara college with my Hnd. However, the school replied my mail advising I apply for a 2-year undergraduate diploma instead which will automatically guarantee me a BSc certificate. Then with that, I can apply for a Masters in Canada.

My worry is that won't applying for an undergraduate diploma impact my career progression view with the Visa officer? What do you guys think? Please help!

Hello emma

There is no special template, its just a normal way of writing a formal letter.. Just make sure your concerns are clearly stated to the MP as regards your delayed application.. Remember MPs are not IRCC officials, they are members of parliaments who will stand in for you as a potential resident of their province, they will on your behalf enquire about your delayed application from IRCC, they have a direct communication with iRCC, so they get instant response from IRCC.. So they are actually helping you in getting a quick response from IRCC as regards your delayed application, they are not the ones working on your application i.e IRCC officers, so you should know how to construct your write up..

Make sure you are polite with your write up and go straight to the point, no tooo much stories cos these people are really busy.. Also make sure you include your UCI and also your Application number in your write up...

Good luck.

Peace

Thanks so much boss!

Hello Shukusheka

It depends though, if your reasons for going for an undergraduate diploma is convincing enough to the Visa officers, then you can give it a try, your age comes to play in this decision too as regards going for an undergraduate diploma.

But as an HND graduate, you can either go for an Advanced diploma or Post graduate Degree course to show Career progression.. If you are not comfortable with the option the school is giving you, you can apply to other schools that will give you an advanced diploma or PGD..

Many applicants get PGD with their HND certificate in many colleges, so do well in getting this colleges..

Once the reason is financial, it's like they just put the same notes "copy and paste" for everyone.

Did you pay your fees?
Who is your sponsor, is it a 3rd party sponsorship?
Did he/she deposit some money into your account?
Did you submit their source of income?

This simply means they can see you have funds but they are not convinced the funds will be available for your study and living expenses..

You need to convince them that truly the funds will be readily available all through your stay in Canada....

Good morning house please I need your 2 cents on this,
my sponsor deposited the lumpsum(my tuition) on the same day it was sent to me. Meaning sponsor SOA, will show a lumpsum deposit of a particular amount and transfer of same amount on same day it was deposited .
Note that sponsor doesn't do huge amounts in account prior to this transaction, (fund was saved specifically for tuition) should I be worried presenting her SOA to the VO? I hope this can be well explained in an LOE?
Please I would appreciate your advice
