For the fact that I genuinely want Igbo to be the president of this country but not on a platter of Gold, Building bridges, Negotiations and lobbying as to be in full force not blackmailing nor dehumanized another aspirant from another tribe you want their people to support your own candidate. The Igbo of Southeastern Nigeria! Only God knows the elements He used to form them and the clay He used to mould them. Very distinct persons who know the answer to every question and the solution to every problem. They abuse like heathens and mock like Pharisees. Conceited and inordinately proud, no other people matter wherever they perceive they stand on a solid ground. They wail marginalisation and play the victim all the time. Tell me, what Nigerian would vote for a people who hold him in disdain? Ceding the presidency to the Igbo is the least of the problems of the Igbo in the present dispensation, but having the vote may be the superior problem. Wouldst to God that the Igbo should know the cliche, She Stoops to Conquer! 5 Likes 2 Shares |

Convincing Nigerians of other ethnic groups to vote for an Ibo man as president is an uphill task. Ibos are highly distrusted in some parts of the country. I don't see an Ibo presidency happening in 2023 2 Likes 1 Share |

Phuck you sir and your dangers, blackmail is a stupid way to get power. I expect igbos in Nigeria to forge a common front with a single candidate but no, like the greedy and disunited Urhobo people in Delta state, the Igbos are useless and unable to achieve much politically. To the point that no igbo man holds a principal office in any arm of government. Useless phucks. Continue like this and an igbo man will never rule Nigeria. 1 Like |

But sometimes I don't understand this Igbo narrative that they deserve to be Nigeria's next president, as though we are not under democratic dispensation where everyone has to contest in an election for the post? Are we to call them and say, choose anyone among you who qualifies for the post, and just put him on the throne, without any electoral contest? 2 Likes 1 Share |

They have to dig deep and solve and forget all these failed politicians with no achievements they want to recycle for Nigerians. 1 Like |

Igbo presidency is a must. I see it happening by 2063. By then Yoruba would have ruled 3 times, Aboki 4 times, calabar 1 time, Benin 1 time before the most entitled tribe in Nigeria gets their slot. 3 Likes 1 Share |

deflover:Answer these questions. Wasn't there a convention in jos? Was OBJ picked unopposed? An ibo man refused to step down for him, he slugged it out with OBJ but he lost. What you ibos are asking for is, after abusing every other Nigerians for the choice of buhari, you're now asking for those same Nigerians to give you ibos the presidency. On what trajectory? If Yoruba were chosen to lead in '99, it was because our son was robbed his democratic rights. It was even an ibo who got a court order not to declare MKO. Now tell us on what basis the whole Nigeria should choose an ibo, someone who is from a tribe that hate Nigeria openly. 4 Likes 1 Share |

deflover: And was there no presidential election that year, and did Igbos not contested at the parties primary elections under PDP?, and was APGA not part of the parties that contested the presidential election? Was Obasanjo the real choice of the Yorubas, and not Falae under AD? Let the Igbos support a credible candidate from the region (someone like Peter Obi), and let him passionately seek the support of other tribes in a popular party with a believable national revival agenda, and then let him contest. He will be surprised with the outcome. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Nyanmiridunce: Mr. Educated, I dare your government to organise a referendum then . Since the Igbosare so poor they can't even afford data subscription. Why always sending your jihadist military to shoot then when you can easily break them away to die in poverty? Again, I challenge you to agitate for a referendum, as in, its a good way to finish off these poor dot in a circle that can't even afford an internet data. I doubt your government will dare, cos you like ripping where you did not sow. Thieves. 1 Like |
