[s]I’m faulting the mother. You know you’re not ready for a baby why not abort the fetus and face your career or whatever.

Why drop a 3 months old fragile child in a crèche[/s]?

Sharrap! Your likes will shame stay at home mums, cal them liabilities that bring nothing to the table and deserves whatever mistreatment she faces in marriage. You confused bunch shame stay at home moms for eating and sleeping all day, shame career women for having jobs yet you call women confused. It's you people that are confused. If you want a wife that brings something to the table, then bear in mind that she must need help with the babies.

Normally 3 months old should be strictly on breastfeeding, mama’s body heat, and 24/7 monitoring. The woman is heartless. I don’t think u guys know how 3months baby looks like, too fragile to be left out of the mum’s sight for too long.

No, assuming what the guy wanted was just children without responsibility... Lol. I think the lazy men dont like the burden that comes with it hence they want a working class woman who will give birth and still take care of the child and family. I blame the women for marrying such gold diggers. Like someone said, any work that won't give you 6 months maternity leave is slavery.

My dear, let's face reality, jobs now give 2-3months max to mother's after they have worked a certain number of years. Only international organizations give more than 4months.

The economy isn't smiling at anyone.

Why are people in so much hurry to get back to work after giving birth, so three months old now have access to creche? Wow I never knew

Sorry mama, it's quite painful, I can't begin to imagine her pain and the numerous what ifs going through her mind right now.

Blame the sadist policies of some private sector companies. I know of a big company in Lagos that grants maternity leave for only 2 weeks. And that starts to count on the day you sign off work in anticipation of delivery, not from the day you actually give birth.

So, if the mother is working in such a cruel company, she has to resume within 2 weeks of giving birth or lose her job. Those companies abound in the country. So, if we have companies who grant maternity leave for just 2 weeks, you can imagine that a company that grants 2 months is even generous!

Consider that before blaming people for having to resume work shortly after delivery. There's no mother who doesn't wish to take good time off to nurse her baby!

Thank you sir,
So it's up to me to decide if they will marry a liability that will be available to nurse the child or push their wives to contribute and risk things like this happening.

3 months old baby need exclusive breasts feeding at least 8 times per hour, this shows she has been living the child depressed without milk for long hours in that creche until the child gave up. My younger sister did something similar, the girl gave birth to her child fresh looking and healthy child in her final year, 2 months baby looks fresh under my mom's watch but as soon as she returned to her base in school so I later saw her when I visited my mom, but the healthy fresh child I know was looking so malnourished, weightless and thin, as an Agriculturist I need not be told that the child is being deprived of exclusive breast milk. I queried her immediately on why she is denying the child enough milk only for her to say her friend advised her not be breastfeeding the baby in campus premises that her friend also does same to her child. I was very furious, so if you know you can't breast feed a child in school premises then why get pregnant and marry when you're not done with school? I was sure the child was so denied breast milk for several flimsy reasons for her to weigh like that that day. She got back to her senses and did exclusive breastfeeding now the child is looking very fresh n attractive at 2+. Something else would have happened to my little niece because of careless acts like this, in this case the woman is responsible for denying the child exclusive breast milk for hours. Milk n Milo pap or whatever can't give the child the nutrients to keep him healthy at 3 Months, the mom is wicked to have killed him like that. Thesame stupid excuse, a woman feeling embarrassed to breastfeed her child in place of work. What a sad way for the young lad, got a foolish mom. Rest on and return stronger baby boy.

A Nigerian mum lost her three-month-old baby after leaving the child at a crèche, IGBERETV reports.

Twitter user @Lolo_cy who shared the sad story online said no one knows what happened to the baby only that the mother came back to pick her baby's dead body.

Too bad , some companies can't even give a nursing mother ordinary 3 months to care for her baby.

What do the crèche people mean by they don’t know what happened??
Are they saying the baby was fully active and breathing all through the day but all of that stopped when the mother came to pick him up?? sad

Possibly a case of SIDS
But proper investigation should be done
Any baby less than 1year is at that risk

Taking care of children is a job on its own for women, and more important than any other job out there.

Yea, any career woman should make arrangements for a standard nani and steward if that's what she and her husband agrees but I personally will not and did not follow that path. I don't see any gain in it.
Re: Nursing Mother Loses Her 3-Month-Old Baby At A Crèche by azuba4u: 7:37am On Mar 07, 2022
This is very unfortunate.
All these bank jobs that mandate thier nursing mother's to return to work after 3 months.

However, that creche must be investigated.
Alot of questions need answers.

Didn't the baby cry before giving up to ghost.

What type of sleeping drugs did they give to the baby.
Where was the creche caretaker during the time the baby died without her alarming the mother of the child

Etc

Proper investigation should be conducted to confirm what happen.

People should not blame the woman for dropping her baby there. If you were in her shoes you will do the same.

Nah, I won't do same. Never. Not 3-months. That job must wait.

Because you have an available sibling or relative does not mean every other person has one and the fact that you are calling a 3 month old a toddler already shows I should not be having this discussion with you.

Many of us have families member who works
All my siblings work, including my parent
So who will put their life on hold to go and be babysitting someone's child.
