Russian Economy In ‘shock’ Over Western Sanctions, Says Kremlin by Islie(op): 12:37pm On Mar 10, 2022
The Kremlin says Russia’s economy was experiencing a shock amid ‘unprecedented’ economic sanctions by Western nations.

According to Reuters, Dmitry Peskov, Kremlin spokesperson, told reporters during a conference call on Thursday that measures were being taken to curb the effect of the war on the country.

The United States and its allies had imposed several sanctions on Russia’s vast sectors to deprive the country of income.

Last month, they removed “selected” Russian banks from the SWIFT international payment system

“Our economy is experiencing a shock impact now, and there are negative consequences, they will be minimised,” Peskov said.

He described the situation as tumultuous but said measures were already being taken to calm and stabilise it.

“This is absolutely unprecedented. The economic war that has started against our country has never taken place before. So it is very hard to forecast anything.”

Vladimir Putin had said the sanctions imposed on Russia by western countries over the invasion of Ukraine are like a declaration of war.

On Tuesday, the US banned the importation of coal, gas and oil from Russia amid the invasion of Ukraine.

According to Putin Nairaland crew, West can go to hell and Russia won't feel any heat at all.
When u tell people that somethings can never change, na West and America get power. Hate them like them, their is nothing any other continent can do about it.
People don't know the economic implication of sanction, until they know it, that's when they would understand. Two racist countries.

We can see that the Russians are not even hiding things like casualties, their shock e.t.c

But western media has been over exaggerating, giving false news and dishing propaganda since this war started.

I even have to tune into Australian news to get a balanced view on both sides.

That's to be expected. If Russia should survive these santions and the banditry of the UK, then there'd be no stopping them.

Una never see shock, the whole world will shock u just as you are presently shocking innocent children, women and elderly people in Ukraine..a sovereign state is like an adult free to make choices according to what they seem best to them,u can't dictate to Adult what to wear or what to do with his life..a sovereign state is sovereign because is an independent state, so a tyrant trying to terrorised them into bending to his wish is evil ,talk more of bringing war into his doorstep. Those supporting evil of putin today just because the west behaved in like manner are shortsighted. Condemning putin evil will prevent such evil, one drunkard here is proposing that USA and co should be sanctioned over past evil and u now see why our leaders are stealing our money

It has not started, Putin will know what he brought upon his country in some months time not now.

He is busy bombing Ukraine not knowing he is also bombing his country's economy.

They ain't seen nothing yet. When Putin was bragging that he'd cut gas supply to Europe, should sanctions continue, he was so full of himself. By the time the US president Biden called his bluff and placed a sanction on gas supply to the west, putin shivered and their economy began to collapse. You can't be busy amassing armoury and weapons with the same proceeds of oil supplied to the west and be using it to intimidate them.

Take it or leave it, without America, the whole world would have been wiped off a long time ago. There are so many evil people in the world. Some myopic religious bigots keep saying trash of America. Without America Saudi would have been levelled by terrorists long before now. When you mention this they'd say America is protecting Saudi because of their oil interests there , but they forget that there's massive oilfield in Texas and Alaska. Their reserves alone can serve them for decades. They must have seen all these issues coming by building a buffer stock of oil. This is a lesson every nation, including Nigeria must learn. Anything can happen, anytime. If you fail to plan, you simply plan to fail.

The end is near

For those who are willing to listen and discern the signs of the times

The “Antichrist” is rising up

But first he’s going to subdue 3 kings before him

The war in Ukraine will lead to the end of Vladimir Putin

And No, there’s no rapture , when it’s time for The end

The archangel Michael will stand up for the children of Israel only

And the 144,000 will be saved

Mariangeles:
Hitler shall not arise the second time.
Sleep there. A second hitler is coming and this time his murderous desire is not to claim the lives of a few jews but to claim the lives of billions who oppose him. You had better prepare. Putin is not another Hitler. Go to Auschwitz and see for yourself what a Hitler can do. Putin is fighting for territorial integrity and the West have done the same severally without anyone calling them Hitler.

Just calm down ehn. The real Hitler is coming.
