ManLikeMace:Congratulations. Please do you need a transit visa to fly with air France? |

Upton:That question is difficult to answer directly of your airfrance flight only has one stop in france then you are enroute to Canada then no transit visa is reqired but if your airfrance has more than one stop on the EU a transit visa might be needed |

Hi, It's not necessary to send a new LOA because you didn't defer your start date by more than 150 days. Halyshia: |

Hello a quick question The officer at the border didn't ask you why you came 2 months earlier? I'm planning on going July for September class Is that an appropriate time? |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by technix: 1:43am On Mar 11, 2022 |
Yes, you can change your institution by sending the new letter of acceptance via webform before the study permit is approved. But if the permit is approved already, it's better you wait and enrol at your initial institution, then change your institution after enrolment. If your permit is approved already and you change institution while in Nigeria without planning to enrol at your initial institution, then you need to submit a new study permit application. opezi: |

Betterlife2018:Flywire is different from form A.Please Google their site, register and follow the steps or guide. It's easy.Pls note that the exchange is higher than Bank rate. However, some schools like Humber College only accept flywire payments. So no options.First enter the dollar amount and then check the Naira equivalent and calculate the exchange rate . |

Betterlife2018:Checking through flywire, i observed their rate is about N485 - 1CAD. This is quite expensive. Wire Payment Important reminder: As of Sept. 30, 2021 Seneca will no longer accept wire transfers through RBC. Please see below for other payment methods. https://www.senecacollege.ca/registrar/fees/paymentoptions.html I saw the above message on one of Seneca site. Its looking like we may not be able to pay fees using Form M...not sure about this though. |

Congratulations for a successful journey may the land favor you. Please I want to know about what amount was in your account when they allowed you to enter? I have paid half school fees and my parents are with the rest but they want to send 3.5M to my account so I can show them at the border? Is that okay? Also please did you have a dollar account ? aizebe:So you mean she currently does now have any admission offer? At the POE, a valid letter of acceptance will be asked for and possibly tuition receipt and/or enrollment letter. Without admission, how can she provide these documents? Let her not try to play smart and tender the previous letter of acceptance at POE, because that is no longer valid since her admission has been revoked. I suggest she reapplies to the same school and get an admission offer before traveling. |

Topmc:March is enough time for God to do his wonders; still, I would say you exercise patience a little bit more. So, two options come to mind: 1. You can start your programme online then plan to travel when your application is approved but find out from your school the refund policy in case of the worst-case scenario on your application. Some people take the risk of resuming their programme online, and it turns out in their favour, and this option is a 50/50 chance of success. This option can be exploited if you are okay with the refund policy. Then, you don’t lose your tuition fee. 2. I would say wait till the last minute before deciding to defer. For instance, if the due date for deferment is on the 7th of April, you can wait till 4 or 5 days to the due date before deferring. You can send an email to the contact person in your faculty if you can get back to them latest by the 3rd of April to decide for deferment (with the assumption that the due date is 7th) so they mentally have you in mind. This delayed strategy will allow you to buy more time, and the PPR might just come before that time, and it would be a Win-Win. Since your eligibility has not started, you can defer to September to give you allowance of time so you wont have to defer again that’s when you decide to defer. In the meantime, keep sending reminders to IRCC via email and webform. Tag the subject “URGENT MAIL” or "PRIORITY MAIL" when sending these emails. Send them a short, concise mail appealing to their emotions on the need to have speedy response on your application to enable you to plan appropriately for your studies in line with your study plan. You can note that the COVID restrictions are already getting lifted, and you may not have the opportunity to join your classes online, which may affect your study plan. I wish you the best! |

Kindly do not part with Flywire naira payment as the rates are exhorbitant. Select Flywire International payment in CAD or USD. Visist Flywire website, type in your school name and get a receipt. With Flywire receipt, you can apply for Form A on the CBN's Trade System. Flywire receipt in CAD or USD will serve as your school bill. Documents to upload for Form A. 1. Admission Letter 2. Flywire receipt. 3. Highest credential (HND/Bsc etc). 4. Passport Bio-data Page. Ensure you are sure of the bank you are selecting. Some banks do Form A only in USD. If this is the case, choose USD receipt on Flywire, but CAD will give the best rate. Choice of banks to avoid delay: Access Bank (2 weeks all currency), Jaiz (4 days USD only), Globus bank (1 week, USD only and BSC, MSc and PhD only) Betterlife2018: |
