How is it so difficult to recruit the right person to drive a public bus. Most of their drivers are not discipline, most of them speed up at bus stops without care or etiquette of a responsible special role handed over to them.
There should be genuine external monitoring team to access them and report them to the appropriate disciplinary section for their evaluations either to be retained or fired from the system

Well, there is enough evidence to convict & execute him in a Social Media Court.
But you'll need more evidence/witnesses in a Law Court because the 3k transaction could have been consentual. & anybody could have torn her clothes.

-friends & associates
-his lifestyle (if within his income)
& few other interrogations to establish his extent of culpability in the murder. Shouldn't be that difficult.

Even if it is a well consented sex of which she was paid for her service. A lady can turn it around and call it rape. I have been a victim of such slander. My point is, there should be a very meticulous investigation. If a woman open mouth wa say "rape" emotions start to play over rationale.

I've been thinking about what Gov SanwoOlu said; that BRT light should be switched off when not working. I think this will make them to even commit similar crime easily.

My position is, all public buses should have their lights on while on the road. Any BRT not working/not carrying passenger should display on the radar "Out of Service" as well as having the lights on throughout the journey to it's park.

It's better for the lights to be on even if you are not carrying passenger. It's safer when people can see through the bus than when it's dark. If it's not working, the radar should clearly state "Out of Service". Road users and passers by including security operatives need to see inside ALL THE TIME while the bus is on the road.
