Are you all right bro? We have a lot of political parties with "Socialist" in their names does it mean that they extol Marxism or communism when in power?

If you have studied Russia to an extent especially from Lenin to Stalin time, if you truly understand how impractical and totalitarian communism is, you as an Igbo man (I presume you are so) will wash your tongue will salt and sand for some of the things you have said in support of Russian's bullish and aggressive system. I do presume that some of you are voicing your supports from influence of bandwagon effect.

By the way, I don't think the conversation of Russia having a communist party should be directed to me if you read my first comment.

Contrary to what most of you Nigerians think, the Igbo man is actually a Socialist by default. Suppressing this truth is what is holding the Igbo liberation.

No matter how you put it, an Igbo man doesn't see the sense in the entire resources of a country being owned by few individuals. You can create a thread here and throw it open for the known Igbo handles to reply you.
Why exactly are most Ndigbo against Dangote and Tinubu?
Or Arthur Eze?
Or Orji Uzor Kalu?
Have you asked yourself the ideology that draws them to IPOB?

An Igbo man automatically becomes wary of someone when he knows that he/she has something to do with the common wealth of the society as a private establishment.

My dear you can't tell me more about the same people I breathe the same air with. You Nigerians don't know the Igbo man.

Igbo system is egalitarian and democratic. Igbo system encourages and actively recognises hard-working nature. Igbo nature is totally against injustice. Despite the fact that it has a communal system, it extols individualism, that is why even in the metaphysical, aka nile alaghị ịla... 1. Does the Igbo system believe that the community Market should be owned by one person as a personal establishment?
-Why exactly does Igbo traders have issues with Iyalojas in Lagos?
2. Does the Igbo system believe that one man should take control of the public road and toll it for any reason?
-why exactly does Ndigbo have issues with Tinubu and toll gates?
3. Does the Igbo system believe that the natural resources of the entire community should be allocated to few individuals?
-why exactly does Ndigbo have issues with people owning oil Wells?
4. Does the Igbo system believe in preferential treatment to few individuals based on what the system will say "based on importance to the country" because they control the country's trade?
-why exactly does Ndigbo have issues with Dangote?

My dear when it comes to the Igbo system, you no reach. It took us alot of time to realise that the misconception of some people pushing that Ndigbo are Capitalists is a lie to introduce capitalism to Igboland. Ndigbo have never been capitalist. All an Igbo person wants is the freedom to do his personal business and contribute to the society. An Igbo person never wants to take control of the common wealth of a society that is why:

1. The Igbo system never allows anybody no matter your status pay more tax than other members to avoid creating a person of more importance to public wealth.
2. Never allow Individuals take control of markets. All the markets in Igboland are owned by the Umunna (the government) taxes and derivatives are shared accordingly.
3. For communities that deal in palm wine, the rafia and palm trees are not owned by individuals but the Umunna, you only tap on trees allocated to you. After you die, the community takes it back and allocate to another person.
4. No individual owns the water front (Ihu/iru ose), it is owned by the community.

As you can see my dear, Ndigbo are Socialists not Capitalists. Egalitarianism and Capitalism doesn't go in the same line. If Ndigbo are egalitarians then they have no business with Captialism.

Financial services, technology, communications, internet, payment systems like Visa and MasterCard, Social Media and streaming services, global name brand products, apple, Google Netflix and so on.

Russia is a poor country with a single and undiversified economy that's based on oil and gas.

have you seen made in uk or usa before?
They collaborted before in engine parts. Afterall engine parts made in the west are also imported. The key materials used in making these parts are imported from russia.
These brands you talk about came from America. What Russia would do is to look inwards and replace them with their own alternatives. They even want to seize their assets and hand it over to the kremlin.

How is e pained. If Russians withdraw all their money wat will they do with it since they can't convert it to dollars. There is capital control, ban on capital exports, even Russian banks hve converted dollar holdings in dom account to rubles as they don't have dollars to pay customers.

So how is he pained

Russian economy will experience severe short term shocks. But if they can produce fighter jets, helicopters, weapons of mass destruction, nukes definitely they can produce consumer goods. And sure russia does produce consumer goods only that they hve been competing with foreign goods and Russians like western goods. Now with no dollars to import goods, us ban on exports, russia local producers will up their game.

Russia will witness inflation in imported raw materials and goods but food, energy, construction etc they will be fine.

This sanctions should last for 10years or more as a punishment for the sloppy behaviour of Russia. Imagine a world power addicted to western goods and services. Using google pay, apple punch, armani, watching mtv. Even putin is wearing Italian suits. Wat sloppiness

When it comes to market system, culturally not only in the Igbo system but in most cultures the state/community owns the market. Then in those markets stores or stalls are allocated to individual. It has nothing to do with the system of government.

Waterfront globally as in GLOBALLY, is owned by the nation not an individual, then at a point it becomes nationless. So their is no community in which an individual owns the waterfront culturally. Although a deity might be dedicated to it.

Igbo economic system, gives excess room for capitalism! That's why Igbo people are not lazy, we are competitive, we are always moving about looking for better opportunities to better ourselves. That's why we till date recognise people that has done exceptionally well, even when in the olden days circa coming of the whites community will send someone abroad, those that did well are still individually honoured.

Igbo system of government is Republican. A system where all are represented.

There's a reason communism has never lasted anywhere even in Russia. Hopefully with time when you read more, you will come to understand why.

You are the one that is shooting back and forth.
1. You claimed that the Igbo man is Egalitarian but you said that he is capitalist that believe "that all fingers are not equal" thereby contradicting yourself.

2. You claimed that our system adheres to capitalism but little did you know that major facilities and resources in Igboland is always owned by the Ụmụnna not individuals.

3. In your bid to defend Capitalism you claimed that in most countries that it is the state that owns the market, you tried to use ports as an example not knowing that the basic principle of Capitalism is excluding the government from the market, thus making it to be controlled by individuals. Then I reminded you that ports are owned by private companies in Capitalist countries. Something that can never be allowed in Igboland (that is why most are against Tinubu). This was what brought my final question (what exactly do you mean by capitalism?) because I am sure you don't know what it is. You can't define the Igbo man as Capitalist. Our culture is against it.

Two things you've learnt today is, communism never left Russia and the Igbo man was never and will never be a capitalist.

Thank you.

Alright, it's obvious that you don't understand the fact that two things can work hand in hand. You don't understand the fact that a society that is egalitarian in the same breathe supports individual capabilities and exceptionalism.

You have even forgotten that you initially raised the point of ports, or riverine communal ownership.

LOL... your argument is pointlessly stupid.

Even China with a more than 20 times bigger economy than Russia and more than 100 times greater manufacturing capacity than Russia would feel the effect of these US and EU sanctions, talk more of Russia.

Russia is just like North Korea. They have nuclear weapons to threaten world peace but have almost zero economic power.

So stop arguing pointlessly that Russia can withstand western sanctions. It simply cannot!

By the way, stop adding "Igbo" to your Pro-Russian defense. Russia was the prime superpower that gave Nigeria MIG and Ilyushin bombers to do in Biafra exactly what they are doing in Ukraine today. Read your history and see why no Igbo person that sucked his mother's breast will support Russia's murderous actions in Biafra being re-enacted today in Ukraine.
