A trade event
The company organising sent me the letter. I booked only a hotel .
With the Covid , i doubt if they are doing much events at the moment.
You can look for Tour companies there. Who can issue this letter.

It takes 21 days if you are applying for French visa for the first time but if otherwise it will come out within 7 days because your information is already in their database.

And Spain isnt issuing at the moment except you want to contribute your good quota to their purse.
France is best at the moment.

I wont advise you to put together documents that are not verifiable in regards to your work.

However, use the time whilst you wait to build some travel history.

Some visa stress free countries would do you some good.

but some first timers here got a decision within 3-5 days here even though they weren’t given the visa.

A letter of Introduction is to introduce you to the Embassy officially on a Business Letter headed Paper.

A cover letter should explain your plans including your itinerary. This is where you should state you are going to the US after your stay in France(refer the Visa officer to your Flight routing).
