ULiTv: Also your diodes do have units, their reverse voltage must be more than 240V so that they can effectively block one half of that AC source in that full-wave rectifier on your board. 1 Like 1 Share |

ULiTv: Actually that does nothing. As soon as NEPA does their usual magic(over-voltage), the secondary coil receives too much power, burns out the semiconductors and maybe start a small fire. 2 Likes |

Anon4:Same principle, step down 220v ac to 19v DC, but this current design using transformers as main power source tent to be less efficient than switch mode power supplies, but kudos for the effort. |
