Although, it looks similar to a Congolese dish. (I can’t remember the name now)

Someone even posted something like that on our cook and post thread, and quite a number of people got curious, especially by how it looks.
I’d love to know more about it though.

By the way, the Congolese dish it reminds me of is called pondu.

No, I haven’t tasted pondu.
Pondu is made with cassava leaves, and Nigerian cassava leaves are not edible. At least, we don’t eat it.

and it kinda looks like the Nigeria leaf soup..you know the one I am talking about?the one with plants and soft leaves...
