You can go ahead and take back your shop, as long as you paid for it then it's yours and can do whatever you want with it. We're solidly behind you.

I hope other men would learn from this. Never purchase a property in your wife's/gf name.

if its not ur name that is on the receipt bros dont waste ur small money for court litigations..when una go get sense..courts dont rely on talk..promises..or i paid...anything that is not official will be struck off immediately when it gets to the desk though at time there are cases where voice recording is a accepted..file for divorce and move on..its already a lost battle.pls dont forge recipt with fake signatures especially the colume where the landlord signed u will be tieing urself that too is a big crime

You bought the shop as ownership for her or you paid rent for her, which one

If you bought it in her name, then you have lost it. Next time use your brain. And buy with your and give to her to manage and keep the profits from sales

I'm very sure you saw those signs that you two weren't compactible, but you over looked it. Thinking she ws the best.

I went through your profile the last time your matter entered front-page... All I want you to understand is that you married a wife not a slave, and definitely not someone you can maltreat as you want. I bet she has not come back cos we all suspected domestic violence as per your post.
Pls call her or try be nice to your in-laws so they can talk to her, don't kill your home cos there's no guarantee that the next woman will be perfect. I talk to you as an elder sister, inugo. Both of you need counseling and prayers, but u have to remove that ur mindset that she's beneath you and can't have a say.

Leave the shop. It's bad when guys breakup and start asking back for the things they bought during the relationship, phone, car, this, that. It's childish to me.
