You don't get the bottom line of the gist. Graduate or no graduate college or no college there are American citizens that earn less than 31k period! That is different from saying the minimum wage is 31k which means that no matter what, you can't earn less than 31k
As for taxes you don't seems to realize that what you don't pay in republican run stay as taxes is taken away from you in terms of low wages. Till today minimum wage in Texas is $7.50 or. 25/hr... The republican run state pay low wages.

They keep comparing the dollar to the naira. But they forget the context. You're earning that money, and spending it within the country. What are the rates? What's the standard of living?

Also, too, only a few job fields will be lucrative for Nigerian migrants.

The rest may only do menial jobs, or be underemployed for the most of their life.

As a student, you can only do part time work, ie 4hrs a day - £500 monthly. And E finish.
After graduation, I was doing 8 hrs a day. about £900 monthly. E still finish.
Rent, transport, gas heating (because of terrible cold), food, visa fees, school fees...
You can't just only work.
You must do another runs to get paper. And that one will chop the remaining of your money.

The amount used to rent apartment for pay for things if it is sent to you to Nigeria to establish something it will be really worth it than yours using that large huge sum of money to rent an apartment when you would have gotten like a huge building here in Nigeria or in a country that have less exchange..

Think for yourself and dont just regurgutate what you have been told. Britain has no land mass, no minerals.
