The real question though is why anyone is selling a scrap modem. A 3g modem is a scrap modem. It is a completely superceded technology.

4g started in 2009 and by 2011 was widespread in Nigeria.

I feel for whoever makes the mistake of buying that modem and then coming here to complain that it can't stream Netflix, or there are issues getting it to work properly with windows 10

When a shoe has sat too long in a store, the leather starts to peel like this. There is nothing that can fix this.

Seller may be trying to cut his losses.

Sometimes you need to scratch the shoe gently with your finger nail (in the store)

A couple of weeks ago I wanted to buy my son a basket ball and this shop had fine leather spalding balls. But a closer look at them and you could see the leather was starting to peel.

it's not about how many times u wore it. Heat ruins most leather shoes, and it's obvious heat is making this one peel. This can't be covered with polish as you stated cos if you try to polish the brush will peel it more cos of the damage heat has caused its leather.
