The west sponsor a regime change by deposing a president who happen to come from eastern Ukraine( majorly ethnic Russian) in 2014 and installing theirs. They even remove Russia language from the official two language.

Due to this the Eastern region of Donbass which are majorly Russian speaking declared a breakaway state but Ukraine has been killing and bombing them since 2014 killing more than 14000 ethnic Russian.

Russia annex Crimea majorly ethnic Russian due to this singular act.

Let us take it this way;
Assuming Nigeria is divided into three countries, let say Igbo, Yoruba and Hausa. Just like Okun and Kwara state( majorly Yoruba) fall under Hausa just as it's under Nigeria now.

Then a Hausa (as a country) president from the Okun/Kwara side ruling was toppled by the Hausa with aid and backing from the west and his people(Yoruba) language was removed as one of the two major language, what do you expect them to do (Okun/Kwara)??.

Yeah, Okun/Kwara declare independence but Hausa (declare war on them) and has been killing them since 2014 with more than 14000 dead.

Do you expect Yoruba to keep looking and let Hausa continue decimating his people in their country??

Putin apologists are honestly tiring. You can't just start a war to defend so call "ethnic Russians" in another country. If so, German can annex Austria, Mexico invade the US(suicide obviously), and so on. Russia is after territorial expansion. Territorial expansion is the major cause of half the wars in history.
