Sincerely, I don't know what to say. Because, some of the employees been oppressed, dehumanized today, put them in the post of leader and watch them become worse than their bosses. This is the particular thing that saddens my heart with humans. That your boss treated you bad doesn't mean you should return back the FAVOUR to your subordinate. It's not fair, if you can't seek redress against your boss then leave the innocent subordinates. In all we do,let's always remember that God will judge us.

Uno lie. Most employees don't make good bosses at workplaces. The male ones send sex advances while the female raise their shoulders high.

Okay treat me however you like but once it’s month end, pls pay me my money cos that’s why I’m working!!! No, they won’t. Salary is meant to be paid at month end latest the last day of the month but some bosses would pay middle of the next month, some won’t even pay at all and when you complain it’s an offence, on top my money kwa? Na wah oh!!!
Or is it the unnecessary deductions
? You come late they deduct 1k, You no come staff meeting they deduct like 3k, at the end of the month you are left with almost nothing.
Or is it the verbal and sometimes physical abuse? Some company owners really need to do better, we know it’s your company and your money no need to rub it in my face. My ex boss once threatened to break bottle on my head over a minor issue and nothing would happen, my dears, I resigned after that threat cos he can do it and truly nothing would happen, no be Nigeria we dey? Currently battling with this cry it's sad no one really understand how painful and depressing it is.

I think it's high time the government creates a body that regulates and checkmate the excesses of the so called bosses or job owners For me, I can tell you that aside multinational companies, the Nigerian owned companies are nothing but piece of shit.
My last experience was so horrible and mean, immediately the expatriates hand over to Nigerians (sorry to say Yoruba mgt) they started by sacking 95% of non Yorubas. The remaining 5% were treated like your free to go anytime. So you go to work everyday like it's your last day. They replace them with friends and relatives, educated and non educated people with no experience, some don't even know their left from their right, can't write a simple mail, they mismanage materials and diesel and they will look the other way like nothing happened.
Then no promotion, no salary reviews, they remove all exist benefits, stopped paying pensions, 13th month salary, leave benefit, no Christmas bonus nor party. Everything scrapped.
Some they will force you to resign or even when you resign on your own, you won't get your exit benefits. They will even advice you to get a lawyer to fight for your benefits and it'll linger forever.
The MD will abuse and talk to you as if you don't have a Father.
I mean it's so horrible....

Horriblebosses and #toxicworkplace is trending on twitter and having worked in few places, I can say that a lot is really happening in the work space. Everyone thinks the best way to avoid all those stuffs is to be a boss of your own but then what is a boss without an employee?

For starters, you go for an interview scheduled for 9am and they’ll keep you waiting till 4pm all in the name of testing your patience…like for real After all na u dey find work so you’ll have to wait till whenever. When you finally get interviewed and they’ll ask how much you want to be paid, you mention your desired amount and they go like "no oh, we can’t pay you that for now, instead we’ll pay this", like almost half of what you mentioned….hmmm it’s well.

Or is it the managers that presents 50k to the boss as your salary and ends up paying 30k to the staff and pockets 20k? Or is it the randy ones that wants to sleep with all the female workers whether married or not and fire the ones who refuse their advances? Or the ones that encourage the foreign bosses (Chinese,Lebanese,Indian) to be wicked on the staff cos that’s what they deserve. Matter plenty!!!

What about job security? I’ve not seen, you could be on your way to work and have an accident and nobody cares, instead they call an interview for your replacement . A colleague of mine in a hotel fell off a staircase while serving customers at the rooftop bar with drinks worth over 100k and broke her leg and all the owner cared about was the drinks that were broken, long story short, she was made to pay for the drinks, nobody talked about her broken leg

Okay treat me however you like but once it’s month end, pls pay me my money cos that’s why I’m working!!! No, they won’t. I could go on and on, a lot of people are really suffering in their jobs but it’s like a "we die here" situation cos there’s no job outside so you endure whatever comes till a better offer comes,it’s so sad really.

Should be talk about our fellow colleagues, like na the same thing we find come but you want to make work difficult for me too? The "eye service" ones that are ready to throw you under the bus at the expense of your job? Or the ones sleeping with the bosses and managers telling them who to sack and who to leave? Or the extreme ones who go to the extent of using charms and juju to attack you? Hmmm… Chineke zoba anyi oh cos things are really happening.

Matter plenty no be small, which one I go talk ,which one I go leave? In all things, we’ll keep grinding and never give up cos God would surely come through. One day , the sun will shine and we go smile, cheers to everyone working legit to make a living, Ogadinma.

Warning to the Rich
5 Come now, you rich! Weep and cry aloud[a] over the miseries that are coming on you. 2 Your riches have rotted and your clothing has become moth-eaten. 3 Your gold and silver have rusted and their rust will be a witness against you. It will consume your flesh like fire. It is in the last days that you have hoarded treasure! [b]4 Look, the pay you have held back from the workers who mowed your fields cries out against you, and the cries of the reapers have reached the ears of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.[c] 5 You have lived indulgently and luxuriously on the earth. You have fattened your hearts in a day of slaughter.[d] 6 You have condemned and murdered the righteous person, although he does not resist you.[e]

You just took the words off my mouth! Ask the average entrepreneur what he goes through in the hands of Nigerian workers and you will hear tales of woe, everyone in the company is looking for and devising ways to steal daily from their employers. from management staff to the gateman at the gate. check all companies that are thriving in Nigeria and one thing thats synonymous with them is that only foreigners occupy very sensitive positions there. If Dangote left financially sensitive posts in his company to Nigerians , that nigger for don fold up years ago rather indians are the ones running all his companies efficiently.

So as you are abusing oga for work, take time to stand before a mirror and give an honest assessment!!!

As long as Niggerians vontinue to preach that" half bread is better than puff puff" nonsense. Things like these will never cease.
Niggerians also think that a man who employs you is doing you a favour for getting that you are rendering a service in return for the pay. Thats like you thanking the fish seller for selli g you fish

We've spoken so much about bosses, what about employees that are determined to ruin their bosses business at all cost.

Some people will prefer to collect low salary inasmuch there'll be 'runs' in the office for them to see daily money, they don't care how little the salary is.
There are very many wicked employees that seizes any opportunity to steal and sell stuffs from their employers. Some steal equipments worth million and sell it for a fraction of the cost of replacement.
Abi ma driver wey dem send go buy fuel wey go male sure say he see roja on top the money.
My people as we has bad and toxic boss so we have destructive and heartless employees

Salary is meant to be paid at month end latest the last day of the month but some bosses would pay middle of the next month, some won’t even pay at all and when you complain it’s an offence, on top my money kwa? Na wah oh!!!
Or is it the unnecessary deductions? You come late they deduct 1k, You no come staff meeting they deduct like 3k, at the end of the month you are left with almost nothing.
Or is it the verbal and sometimes physical abuse? Some company owners really need to do better, we know it’s your company and your money no need to rub it in my face. My ex boss once threatened to break bottle on my head over a minor issue and nothing would happen, my dears, I resigned after that threat cos he can do it and truly nothing would happen, no be Nigeria we dey? SMH ‍♀️

Drops pen…

If you ever worked with a Nigerian female boss you won't have strength to type this. Cos you be drained already cheesy
