Build for rent first

First of all have a cost plan. Like how much is rod, cement, labour, water, just have and know the estimate of the building materials you will need to complete the 3storey building.

Then every month you know how you can allocate the resources to the project.

But if you wan build 3storey with 500k budget per month, just know say e go take you up-to 5years to complete.

400k in per month could build you 3 deck building in few years. What i mean here is that 3 deck could cost you anything from 45m to 55m.

Note the type of engineer you employed will determine the cost. Are you buying your materials your self, will you be on ground to monitor the usage of materials? This will cut the cost down to what i wrote up there.

Dont be scared with that amount i quoted. Just start with what you have by the time you put in 25m you would have roof it.

It will be good u start up with building a house that u can rent out to add up to ur saving to ease u into building ur personal house while u live in a flat in that ur house. But guy a story building with that ur current saving no be beans ooo. The main thing is to start up something first.

It depends on your responsibility. If you can save 200k out of it monthly, you can build a three bedroom flat in 3-4 years.

4 bedroom duplex. U do get land, consistently with 2 years you go complete am to habitable level.

Contrary to what is considered business savvy. Building one's first house is not an issue of Investment but security. Build something small and tick that one off..

You Are on Track brother. U are really about hitting the ground running for the future. Just get a service of a good Estate guru n engineers + financial gurus to strategize on how to be freely financial independent. The Block of flats for rentage would not be bad as usual.
Also, would not mind having an insight into that type of business that fetches u 400k monthly savings for the benefit of whole house, and low income earners.
