Any Radiographer or Radiography student here?

How lucrative is Radiography in Nigeria?

What's the monthly pay for a start in civil service and in private hospitals?

I learnt the duration for the course is 5 years.

✓ Is it during 500lvl that we will run our internship or after 500lvl..

✓ Is internship the same thing as NYSC? Or after internship then NYSC?

✓ Is NYSC mandatory? And what's the pay during NYSC is it the normal 33k?

I'm a not a radiographer, neither am I a radiography student but I can answer some your questions

Radiography is lucrative to a very reasonable extent here in Nigeria, it's very profitable if the resources are there (for private practice).

The duration is 5years, just like you learnt.

You do internship after you must have graduated (after the 5 years, you don't do internship in school, you do it after you must have graduated)

Internship and NYSC are two different things entirely. After your internship, you go for NYSC

NYSC is not compulsory but having the certificate is IMPORTANT, if you don't want to go for service, you can get an exemption letter and certificate will be given to you after all necessary things have been done. You won't be paid any money sha tongue. NYSC pay is 33k per month and you (may) get extra depending on where you work, As a radiography graduate, there's 90% chance you'll earn more.

Hope I answered your questions well?

Yes you can. By doing residency abroad.
I can only talk on those that studied Medicine or Dentistry and willing to work abroad.

For your second question, any medical course is easy to practice abroad. It only boil down to how much information you know about the process.

I've been thinking of transfering to unimed, ondo

I'd like to know if anyone has successfully transferred to unimed from another university, especially for MBBS.

And since I'm in 300L, will I be starting 200L again?

Or if I start the transfer process now, will I have to wait till another session to join the new 200L or will I be allowed to join the current 200L?
