Mine is whenever I am sad or depressed, I will just go to my phone call recording media(yes I keep call records) and listen to MY VOICE.

This is actually fun, I do something similar by walking with my eyes closed. But I like to do it at night so people can't look at me like "what's wrong with that guy?"

I take very long walks, so long at times i walk for 2 hours, get back home take a bath, sleep and i will be okay to go when i am awake.

I take long walks too, it's very soothing. It helps me think clearly. Hiking is something I hope to do for a long time
