A performance bond is what I think every potential client should ask from whoever they choose to execute their projects (After filtering known quacks/frauds).

I initially asked Bosun for this but he couldn't get any bank of his to answer him for days.

If you don't understand how performance bond work, kindly do a bit of research on it.

With a performance bond, you are 99% assured.

My next build (by God's grace) will surely be conditioned to this.

See, we just did over 2000 pieces of 2 x 4 x 18 for that mansion (Some were cut into 2 x2 thou). We bought from the open market.
Some were actually 16 feet and some 17 while the rest was 18 but they calculated all of them as 18feet.

They came in three batches initially they supplied #1200, then #1450 the last was #1600. Quality wood that you don't have to treat, they called is magoro or so over there.

I too experience these changes in price , but nairaland is not a good place to relate ones own experience for others to learn

To get a PB, there are certain yardsticks you must meet, once you are being tossed around by your AO, just know you didn't meet the yardsticks.
