Let me give my own two cents before the gurus you listed come online to give you a more robust response.

1. You can't do medicals in those cities you listed. IOM and Qlife are the only Canadian accredited panel physicians for their medicals. IOM is available in Abuja and Lagos. Qlife is available only in Lagos.

https://secure.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx

2. You can do your upfront medical anytime. Before you submit your application or even after you have submitted your application. The date and time is up to you to decide.

3. I don't know if you can wire money abroad without form A. I guess the gurus will give you a better response on this but I do know that if you have a dollar card, you can pay directly on a platform like flywire by direct debit.

4. I am assuming this transcript you talked about here is for the Visa application? If so, I don't think transcript is an absolute necessity for Visa application.

5. You are better of doing a gift deed for her living expenses than that fixed deposit. I don't know how to do a gift deed because I didn't need it in my application but I'm sure the gurus will put you through when they respond to you.

5a. What's the size of your family? It is important that after you've paid her school fees for the one year complete and removed the living expenses plus extra for miscellaneous, you should still have enough to take care of yourself and family that will be here while she's gone. The calculation you did here appears okay. Expect more input from the gurus.

6. This is going to be a big reach. Her education and work experience doesn't correlate with what she's going for at all in my opinion. So perhaps getting the supporting documents from the old people's home as a volunteer could be a game changer for it. That should help you spin a case for going for that course.

Wait for the gurus to give you better perspective.

One cent or 100usd. This your response resemble one cent? grin grin grin grin grin

Good afternoon everyone.
I have a lil issue while completing my application.
I applied for open work spouse visa for my husband.
Now ,it asked for :Purpose of Travel…
I really don’t know how to complete this section as I should upload Departure flight ticket or any other document to show I will be leaving Canada as a visitor.
Anyone knows a way out of this?

Can someone different from my sponsor pay my school fees using form A?

Also, can Heritage bank be used?
Please, it's urgent. Thanks.

I got married last year, and I have done change of name. But my passport still holds my maiden name, and I used my maiden name to apply for my admission and Study Permit. Hope this won’t be an issue as some of my documents like bank statement is changed to my husband’s surname name(to show relationship as we planed applying together with our son)

Good day house!
Kudos and may God bless everyone that has contributed towards the various successful PPR stories being shared here.
I was recently directed to the page by a friend who just relocated to Canada.

Please permit me to ask a few questions.
Am a married woman and graduated 10 years ago with Bsc science and computer education (biology major, with 2.2). I’ve been working in 1 of my husband companies (clearing agency) while taking care of the kids.
I wish to apply for January 23 admission
Please Gurus in the house…… What course is best suitable 4 me ( with ease of getting visa as well)
Should I go 4 a management course? With an intent of producing letters from the company.

I would also appreciate if the schools as well as d courses can be recommended to me here as well.

Thank you and God bless

1. You can't do medicals in those cities you listed. IOM and Qlife are the only Canadian accredited panel physicians for their medicals. IOM is available in Abuja and Lagos. Qlife is available only in Lagos. Thanks for this, but my friend did when he went via Express Entry in Port Harcourt. will find out more on this

https://secure.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx

2. You can do your upfront medical anytime. Before you submit your application or even after you have submitted your application. The date and time is up to you to decide.

so the upfront medical does not expire?

3. I don't know if you can wire money abroad without form A. I guess the gurus will give you a better response on this but I do know that if you have a dollar card, you can pay directly on a platform like flywire by direct debit.

see attached Evidence of School Payment Platform

4. I am assuming this transcript you talked about here is for the Visa application? If so, I don't think transcript is an absolute necessity for Visa application.

As part of the document req'd for her Student Permit

5. You are better of doing a gift deed for her living expenses than that fixed deposit. I don't know how to do a gift deed because I didn't need it in my application but I'm sure the gurus will put you through when they respond to you.

if Gift deed is better, someone should be kind to share existing format to tailor ours.

5a. What's the size of your family? It is important that after you've paid her school fees for the one year complete and removed the living expenses plus extra for miscellaneous, you should still have enough to take care of yourself and family that will be here while she's gone. The calculation you did here appears okay. Expect more input from the gurus.

Planning on paying only for only one-semester. Are you of the opinion I make full payment to increase her chances? that will decrease my dorm account balance. which is preferable, paying half and having more POF of USD9,900 + 2.5m or paying full and having less POF of USD6,200 + N2,5m is better?

6. This is going to be a big reach. Her education and work experience doesn't correlate with what she's going for at all in my opinion. So perhaps getting the supporting documents from the old people's home as a volunteer could be a game-changer for it. That should help you spin a case for going for that course.

This is the reason, we are reaching for opinions and advise from gurus in here.

Wait for the gurus to give you better perspective.

Thanks thus far CentennialGuy post

Congrats to all hopefuls!

Who am I that you are mindful of me? God has done it.. PPR IS here. After waiting for so long. I prophesied that this week was my week and God did it.

I am a silent reader here and I joined after I submitted my application, although I avoided this place for a while because of anxiety. After several emails, mp sent mails as well, I have started classes online for Fall 2021 at lambton college, currently doing the winter term, just last week Thursday I was asked to send my updated letter of acceptance but I sent enrollment letter instead , then I received PPR this afternoon. This is my timeline.

Submitted- May 11th 2021
Biometrics- May 24th 2021
Upfront medical - April 28th 2021
I don’t know when eligibility started.
Updated letter of acceptance request - Feb 3rd 2022
Passport request- February 7th 2022
Yes 9months!

See ehn I was so scared, I trusted God but I’m human right? But God said his ways are not my ways.
I submitted all the necessary documents even sent my fall transcript, please whatever you do just keep trusting God.

Please who’s going to Lambton College (Sarnia campus) or is already a student there? Hit me up. Thank you.
I pray everyone excepting good news will receive it soon. Amen.

Send email to Nairobi, Abuja and Lagos. Daily
Raise a web form wait for their reply on that particular web form
Then locate an MP who is willing to help and send him an email
Order for gcm notes
