I saw it when I was searching for a school that offers PGD Accounting. Not one, not two. Unfortunately, I did not take note of those schools and I don't have the time to go back and start searching.

Even if you don't agree, tell anyone paying tuition to take the time to read and understand the refund policy. I had to withdraw my application from NBCC as a result of IRCC delay. On the website, it was clearly stated that after the second week of resumption, the refund will be reduced to 50%. After a month, students will not be entitled to any refund. On Friday of the second week, I got another email from the school confirming that that day was the last day for full refund. I had to quickly complete the refund form to avoid stories that touch. Note, a rep of the school had earlier told me via email that since I did not resume, I am entitled to full refund at anytime. That the Friday deadline does not apply to me.

Sorry to say, some of these schools are looking for avenues to reap international students off. If one mistakenly fall into their trap, that's the end. No amount of grammar you will write that will make them reconsider.

Walk into any DHL or UPS store, you can google & check for the one's near you.

This is the Address you will mail your documents to:

- Two photocopies of your international passport data page
- Your International Passport itself
- Passport request letter
- Biometric confirmation slip (the document you were given after u did your Biometrics)

Put everything in a Big Brown Envelope,

Write your FULL NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NO. & Email Address on the Envelope boldly

Brethren, on my portal, it is not showing that eligibility has started. School resumes May 2nd and I am just twiddling my fingers and toes here. Lots need to be done. I just need this approval decision asap.

I asked earlier, I was told that eligibility is probably going on underground and PPR could be sprung on me at any time. The mental turmoil is unbelievable!

But I am hoping for the best and I will testify soon. I am booking my space here.

Again, transcript or even your WES evaluation for that matter is not an absolute necessity for study permit application. You can submit it if you want but it will probably be more useful if she took courses back in school that explains why she's going for the PSW course she's going for in Canada

I know Buchito used Gift deed but his flight is probably airborne right now. If no one responds to you on this, you can probably mention him and hopefully he sees it when he is settled

Paying full tuition is a good thing but it doesn't give any guarantee of an approval. The impression of the VO concerning your total application package is what sways the outcome one way or the other. So I won't say one or the other is better. Both works as long as you do a breakdown and proper explanation in your SOP/LOE
