Termites can not survive on woods you apply the chemical and the oil mix together.

You can test the power of the black oil.

Those stubborn grasses you see on the field of play, find black oil and pour on them, the grasses will die, even for the fact that they have root under the ground.

That is the result of what Next/Brabus has done and it's very unfortunate and shameful of him, because anyone going through all these will not be encouraged to consider any aritisan/contractor on this forum.

We should however try to mention once a while that we still have some very honest contractors and suppliers in this Forum.

For instance Abdulwastexc is the Engineer/Builder in my on going project in Surulere. We commenced in August and we are hopeful to roof by end of this month or February. My experience with him has been wonderful. Regarding his honesty, humility, professionalism, attention to details. Maybe at a later time I can talk about him in more detail because I think he's not getting mention and applause as much as he deserves on this forum, having dealt with him for the past few months. And I need to mention that I didn't get to know him except on this forum.

So while we need to call Next/Brabus out for this show of shame (he really disappointed a lot of us), we should also let people know that we still have some honest ones here. We just need to ensure we only engage those ones with positive reviews and track record of performance.

I understand you boss, no be only me they do use solignum and black oil mix together, even if you advice clients to use solignum alone, friends and family will advice them to mix the solignum with black oil, one, it I'll be many, two it will still do the work of preserving the woods from termite especially in a termite chronic area.

Just imagine burying dead dog in one compound to drive termite away, who brought that ideal, I don't know, but our fathers had been using this ideal long before we are born and it work up till now not that they don't have money to fumigate the compound against termite but they preserve to do it in the old way

You can't see a westerner using, ogiri or eru to sweeten their foods, but here in Nigeria some don't eat food without garlic, ogiri and eru in the food, they don't even eat Maggi at all.
