GreaterFuture:I agree construction site works has alot of fun. I did those jobs. But don't call dry cleaning work a factory job. Factory is where production/manufacturing is made, somewhere that has machines and alot of equipments, if you are smart enough you can even learn how to operate one of those machines and boost your cv. Construction site work can get you 4k a day, it depends sometimes 3k or 2k but it makes one ages faster than his agemates ( I am not talking about the Engineers) and there are no health benefits or meals, all of them na your sef bro. Factory work is better 6 Likes |

Connected1:You are funny o! You are even justifying the nonsense with the claim that every country has factory workers. You think it is okay to work 12 hours straight for #50,000? How will the country be fixed if we don't even see anything wrong with the state of affairs. We should have working labour laws that protect citizens from exploitation especially by foreigners. 25 Likes 1 Share |

samwash: I was just like you 3 days ago when I created my previous thread on factory work. Until I experience it with my korokoro eyes. The work na modern slavery. Someone even told me I can't do it. I told him it is a lie that I will do it. Bricklayer work self is still better than factory work. Dem go use your life like dey one kill u. You may fall under food, beverage or plastic company. Only advantage to a factory job is if it comes with an apprenticeship program , they enroll you ,train you and same time use you ,though they pay salary Academy press does that though not sure about now anyways . I got promoted yearly for for years and my take home was N9k at year 1 ,GLO1 , stage 1 far back as 2004. They also have graduate trainee s who starts from GLO4 , stage 1. Company is partly owned by Americans and the head of training are a German and a Briton But you see those Chinese and Indian companies ,some littered around ilupeju ![]() They use you like Jackie and casualise you for many years with no benefit like HMO , meal subsidy , annual leave etc Factory work is good if you the owners or founders are Europeans or American s but terrible if they are all these chinco and Indians . 13 Likes 1 Share |

rtdCivilservant: There is hardly anything good to say about factory work. After spending six years at it, I realised I would have preferred to start a business with capital sourced from Lapo or Sokoloan and see where it leads than waste my time on that shitt. Never worth it. 5 Likes |
