My hubby always makes it a point of duty to say I eat alot. Especially when people are there.. he says it in like a joking way.. ahhh my wife can eat oo, am sure if we pack all the food here and give her she will still want more etc etc you people, my wife can eat anything eatable now o and stuffs like that.
It's a joke but it always makes me feel embarrassed and angry especially cos people are there and they then inturn start yabbing me. and I always tell him I don't like it. After all I am pregnant and I can't help it lol.

He did it again last night and I am still angry till now.

sure. That's the only exercise I do too. I walk round the neighborhood atleast once in a day. Or I walk up and down my compound for like 30 minutes in the morning and evening

Happy Sunday Beautiful mamas! Please experienced mama's should come to my aid o. I find it difficult sleeping on my side, either left or right, I must sha wake up to change position due to aches and the funny thing is, I use pillow to support both my bump and leg o... I dont know how to manage the situation. I am almost 19 weeks.

Secondly is it normal for one side of the bump to feel heavier/ fuller than the other side? Is the fuller side where the baby is?

May God perfect this wonderful journey he has started with us. Amen

Been eating too much of tigernut seed since yesterday... It's like my new addiction

I've known well that in pregnancy you can't have too much of anything... Time to remove my eye from it even tho google said it's good for me I no wan hear story

My hubby does too when he talks with his mum. To them it is still part of conversation and joke. When mama too will always be asking is she eating well?And I m not even eating. He only adjusted when doc complained last time about my rate of weight gain.

Try practicing it, especially the left side, u will be fine, if we can do it, u can do it too, even if it comes with a little discomfort

Please mamas, I don't know if what I feel in Braxton Hicks contraction or something else. But let me try and explain it. I feel a tightened bump at intervals of 5mins within a period of 1-2hrs and it's usually painless. I hope everything is fine.

The other thing is that I noticed that this tightening became more frequent since I started eating date fruit in large quantity since Thursday night. Should I stop eating the date fruit

You can also try to sit with pillows to support your back. It's not advisable to sleep on your back,so you just have to manage for now,like the other mama said,with time your body will adjust

How many weeks gone are you? And secondly dates do induce labour o,infact it's one of the things to eat to induce labour,just like pineapple etc. If you are not up to 37-38 weeks I advice you stop it for now. You have had enough already and body differs though.

Who was complaining about leg pain and ache as a result of sleeping by the side at 19weeks the other day lol? Even at 31 weeks, the ache and discomfort and freezing of leg that comes with sleeping on both sides is still there for me even with pillows ATI gbogbo e.
It's never easy getting use to pain
You wake up to pee often, your legs from the hips are freezing, turning is the worst exercise, inshort sleeping at night nah war. Lol

Cappo EDD is 22nd not that it matters much cos LO will come when he wants. Oh btw sex is xx. Checked on Friday. Hubby and I were really hoping for xy cos our first is a boy and dh said this is last card o. Na so I go corner go cry small lol. I give God all the glory. Mama boys all the way smile .
