just saw the door you're speaking of. The wall is 9" and so I used 9" frame too. This particular door is too heavy and only such a big frame can handle the weight.

Lie lie, our people can never pay attention to this kind of detailing required in masonry. Defenders will tell you you that the pay is small - the reason for quack jobs. Here, if you don't personally supervise them, you go collect wacky job and still pay for it.

It's cool but tell him to use 1/2" sized of PPR for the hotline considering the cost implication of using 3/4" size for it, is excessive, only if you're are using central water heater that's when 3/4" size might be applicable,

More so, no gate valve or stop cork in the quote, is it omitted or it's not going to be used, kindly seek clarity,
