Then you may as well smuggle in Ejaria following the same logic. In the long run you are parading midfielders that are not among our best. Then we may as well extend more invitations to Shehu. That’s how you lower the bar in the long run.

charlesemeka85:
bashiru hv been active for reading with goals and assists this season

If nwakali can mk out afcon team then bashiru who hv performed better this ongoing season deserves a look in as well

Moreover he is not clubless at the moment cheesy

Aribo would have won it if not for his poor form since returning from Afcon

2 assists to get them into their first semifinals in 20 years definitely put him Back into the drivers seat.

who are your best that is not in the list I dropped? Abi the one that just got signed by cincinati abi Texas fc or the one who just go released of his contract and on the verge of signing for a club in Belize?

I did not criticize exclusion, but inclusion.

However as regards Nwobodo, does it mean the moment he signs for Cincinnati he becomes not good enough?.

Neither Ejaria nor Bashiru are outstanding in the Championship.

Somebody said something about Joe Aribo being bad in poor pitches and I think that is right
...then he should not be invited if we are to play on poor pitch. Are we now say afcon pitches damn poor.....our players are really messing up when it comes to GWG....Oga Sub,just check out that German born Ghana player playing for st.pauli and see that hunger in him against Super eagles.

This is the 26 year old newly appointed match analyst for Super Eagles team A and B.

Eboboritse Uwejamomere holds a UEFA B license and several certificates bagged in Europe.

He is one of us here, but we won't be revealing his moniker

Time will tell.
Any lower league player have to be really outstanding there to deserve an invite. We are not a small football country. We have midfielders playing in the first-tier that any good coach should be able to utilize. As much as we criticize our current midfielders, we still see them perform at the club level. Tells you something. We need to get this coach situation right once and for all and stop gambling with underachieving foreign coaches.

cus Ghana qualified for the WC now una don Dey use them as reference point abi?

Na the myopic ones will always blame the players for not qualifying for the WC when it was obvious that the teams problem was from the coach who was tactically outclassed by his gh counterpart

When AE dey illustrate tactics for video wey dem post here few weeks to afcon making reference to a style they used 28 years ago shebi una dey hail am and the noise became more worrisome when Barca groomed tiki taka specialist EA joined him to prepare the team for the World Cup qualifiers against GH cheesy

Una no dey shame say addo a part time coach abi youth team coach at Dortmund outclassed our 2 legends and succeeded in qualifying a below par GH team that I hv seen in years for the mundial na players una come dey blame

Rohr must go because he is too conservative which happened and the next to happen is tiki taka AE and EM joined together cheesy cheesy

I can’t wait for the nff to implement the rumored quota system in terms of give a certain percentage of invites to local based players. That will be the burial not even the death of our beloved super eagles

Home based players that can’t even win clubs from niger,Benin and Mauritania cheesy

People really compared Modric to Xavi and Iniesta because of one pass...

Only Madrid fans does that

Modric should be compared to Steven Gerard and not xavi or iniesta

There is nothing special about Aribo, he is just a Scottish league level player, who happens to get some patches of a little above average games here and there. It is our wanton knack for an AM that makes people overhype him in here thinking that would make him come good

Sir,until some of us realized that when you are having issues in some departments of the game coach must open his mind for solution and that solution can come out from anywhere....our goalkeeping dept and midfield should be open for now and good player should come in,not telling us some player are finding it difficult to adapt to pitches or Africa football.

Sir,for now I don't really care about our players performances in their various clubs, just after we failed to qualify they are now in form...see that spirit in Osimehn and to an extent Ekong and Lookman against Ghana.

Sure you know the meaning of that word "nag"? I doubt you do, hence you throw it about in every sentence you make, even where it doesn't fit in.
