India is not being forced however every year, the US disburses $110 million dollars in foreign aid to India which is a piss poor country. India is free to become Russia’s best pal but Indian leaders are smart enough to know that Russia wouldnt replace the foreign aid that the US cancels or contribute their own aid to India.
