It was clearly not rape as alleged. She obviously willingly had sex with her fellow underage classmates. I think all the parents involved should be arrested for terrible parenting and bad upbringing, because it is obvious they didn't train their daughters and sons well. Also, the mother alleging rape should be sued for willful intention to deceive and mislead the public, and for defamation of the school. I don't know if the school lodged female and male students together at the hotel, I doubt it. But even if they did, it is understandable, it is a mixed school and they are little adolescent kids, not even up to teenagers yet, and the school administrators might not have expected or foresaw that extreme level of moral decadent behavior among 10yr olds. I agree that this is not rape but i am shocked that kids are doing this. Kids are being exposed to sexual content from an early age in Nigeria. Just watch our music, it is all full of sex and naked girls. Some of the supporters of sexual education to kids will keep silence, this is one of the effects of teaching kids sex before they are matured. 4 Likes |

both are minors and both are below 18 and according to the law cannot be remanded except in juvenile prison.and.the video shows no evidence of forceful penetration, so the mother should be arrested for raising false alarm and disturbing public order, the school should be suspended, the boy and the girl should be rusticated, the girl in particular should be sent for pregnancy test of which the school is to pay for, No more vacation amongst students that is not checked by an adult Case closed Court !!
