I don't think they give appeal anymore on these type of visas but Admin review (Appeal has more weight than Admin review).

Either way he has breached a condition of his leave and if he voluntarily leaves the country, he can apply for any other visa and re-enter after 12 months.

I have asked him to also come and share his case here for better analysis but he is really down atm. It's really paining him because his friend who worked over 20 hours got away with it, his own was approved.

I guess you are for Sept/Oct intake. They will reply you in due time. I applied in Oct 2021 and only got offer in Jan 2022 for May 2022 intake. I have gotten my visa already. If your first degree doesn’t match, if your experience matches your new course of interest, you’ll be considered
And yes, you can use your work reference letter

Cos I got an offer in stirling university, it’s an online course
And I was told clearly I won’t be given CAS or visa for the course

this is a big issue. I am wondering how they found out. Was it HMRC?

Yes, it is quite shocking how his friend scaled through. They work at the same care agency, the same school too. But like they say... every day for the thief, one day for the owner. In his case, he got caught (didn't tell him this sha).. because I have to sympathise with him. But it shows that doing what's right, is always the best. He was working sometimes over 55 hours a week as mentioned in the letter.

Guys pls stop following people. One thing I have learnt is that people can be quite crafty. Person go get 'arrangement' on how to receive pay from their employer, they wont tell you o. They will simply say theyre working more than 20 hrs. You sef go gullibly follow them. Also, different courses, different schools, different term calendars. You really dont know the other person's moves. Some people work cash in hand jobs but won't tell you.
Even when they clearly work over 20hrs,they coukd get lucky and others not so lucky.

Well from my convo with him, he is not prepared to leave because he is scared of being denied since they already found him guilty of breaching immigration policies. So the question is, can he apply for another master's and student visa within the UK?

One year goes by so fast. Two yrs maybe better plus you have experience gained with placements.
