Apply your seasoning on the Tilapia (in my case i use salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and very little adobo), put some oil on the fish, wrap it in a foil paper, and bake at 400F for 40minutes. You may want to reduce or increase the timing based on your oven heat.

Fried rice, fried dodo and chicken.
I did not bother to fry the chicken, they say too much oil is bad.
