Well, I suspect you have an intermittent short circuit fault somewhere.
Or maybe not.
Difficult to diagnose remotely.

First check for...
- low transmission fluid
- dirty transmission fluid
- leaking transmission fluid
- or maybe you are not using the right Honda transmission fluid. DW-1.
Resolve any accordingly.
If all are OK or if symptoms persist, then DM... Contact in signature.

I got an Rx350 (2011) in October last year. I don't usually drive it every day. The total mileage ever driven is 3000 miles.

I read somewhere that service/maintenance should be done after 5000 miles.

Do you think I need to do the maintenance? It is close to six months already and everything seems perfect to me.

What i observed in my v6 2006 honda accord aka DC

1. It does a hard shift when the transmission is changing from gear 1 to 2 (like a foward jerk)

2. If the car is stationary at park and I put it in drive, I need to pedal down abit for it to start moving

3. My transmission oil leaks below, this has been going on for months

4. Yesterday I noticed that when the engine is decelerating and I step on the pedal to speed up, my rpm would go high without the car responding so, I have to slow down completely and start accelerating again

5. I have no check engine light on, neither is my D light blinking

What could be the issue?

my Camry 2007 works fine but I noticed that when I ln motion and I slow down, if I want to accelerate back, it doesn't pick at once. I have to press like twice or thrice before it picks up.
I guessed it was d trans(just a guess) nd I checked the trans oil.
It was brown(not black) but at the normal mark.
Now, I've decided to change it.
So,
1. pls can it truly be the transmission oil.
2. How do I recognise fake and original Toyota WS fluid?

Gaz, my oil pan light comes on intermittently when I step on the brakes while on high speed (80-100mph).

I worry something could be wrong. I am about doing an oil change though though the previous oil gauged appropriately when checked. What do I do? Car is a Toyota Camry 2003

pls Sir how often do I change my car timing belt (Peugeot 206)? Somebody advise that I should change it yearly regardless of whether there's any wear sign. The last time I changed it was April last year when it has almost cut...
