Please house, this what I received following my application to.one of the schools (Anglia Ruskin University) on my list.
I studied Accounting in school and I have both a HND, PGDM and MBA Financial Management.
What could be responsible for this rejection?
What can I do differently?
Can I possibly apply for another course in same institution?
I still have others that I'm awaiting their feedback, should I apply for other courses?

I have their pof in my account which is the same account i used for mine (and hubby) last year, but not the same funds. Obviously, we are not recycling funds. I am really worried cos i am still oweing school fees (1700pounds) and i dont want to show that. But what do you think? What can you advice.






When you say "another" proof of fund, what do you mean?
Normally, you show your own tuition balance + your monthly maintainance * 9 months and your dependants' monthly maintenance * 9 months if you apply together.
If they apply shortly after you get your own visa, they only need their own (dependants') POF but the ECO might ask for evidence of your own funds and evidence that it went towards your tuition and maintainance in the UK, in addition to your dependants' maintainance if it is suspected that the funds are recycled.

It will be better if you could mention the name of the school, course you applied for, your degree, what you finished with and all. They mentioned your post study plan as well so I am guessing it has something to do with your SoP

There are many factors involved here, but like I tell people, you are not going to be there when a decision is being made on your application
So, simply put tidy up any loose end you might think of.

Firstly, ur account balance with the POF for the kids is sufficient (they rarely refuse children visa especially when both parents are in the UK already) . Think about this If you have an outstanding school fee balance, it could be in ur UK bank account (only that you are not required to provide that except you wish to).

So if you feel some type of way, just fund your UK account with the school fee balance, or add the naira equivalent to any of your local accounts incase they ask, you can show them that statement.

If you have got only 1,700 outstanding then it seem like uve been around for a while and have proven you have been taking care of your self. a friend applied only after 7 months with an outstanding 6,000 school fee balance and only showed the required POF for the kids and they were granted. Dont over think it, u will be alright

UK schools are now becoming very PICKY because of the high level of demand. Admission is now being rationed and preserved for the best applications.

If you feel you have a not too great qualification, it is usually advisable you back it up with a CV and Personal statement that shows industry progress in your field and relations to the course of study these are very important. The reply you also got might also be generic.

Apply to other schools and work on some shortfalls you might think you had in the previous application. UK admission is free!

@Mosimileoluwa12 points are also very important.

Actually I think being a “FIFO mode”, and each branch has an allocated quota, getting quick response might be subjected to one’s luck at the specific branch you go.

If you include your MBA qualifications at the point of application chances are higher that you application will be rejected for Masters program,it will be assume that with a masters already in the Kitty your intention to study in the UK is purely for economic reason.
Even if you were issued a CAS you might fail an intergrity interview with an eco.

To Whom It May Concern,
Never place your hope in the PSW visa, because the likelihood you wouldn't get that visa is high due to the volume of students received in the UK each year. Go with the mind set of returning to your country after the close of your program and you wouldn't be disappointed. Some of us are bitter about the UK just because we think we are entitled to work there due to the high fee paid. Am not then saying don't look for an opportunity to work or stay there but we shouldn't think we entitled for that. Always get a backup plan should in case you don't get the PSW.
The greatest issue is that most of us move to the UK (as student) without proper backup plan. I have about 5 friends who ended up returning after schooling (masters degree) because they didn't have a proper plan of searching for jobs.
Please, let's all plan well before we japa or else we will blame them (UK) for something that doesn't exist.
